Have you been checked for Celiac disease? Or you just know you need to avoid it and why go through the bother. My childhood friend has Celiac but I'm sure I just have a sensitivity to it...and cheese, tofu and peanuts too. arrgghhhh! All I can say is I'm sure glad Greek yogurt doesn't bother me!! LOL

I was tested, they said test was negative... it was just a blood antibody test so it's not 100% accurate. Sometimes I think I should get a definitive test in case I do have celiac & someday I am stuck somewhere without a choice of foods, but then I think that's more paranoia than realistic, I don't know.

I get bad reaction to eating wheat and it makes me sick for a week, I should be better by monday ish :)

If it made me sick for a week I think I would want to get a more accurate test done. Sadly, I don't think there's anything you can do to help once you ate it, but there might be. That's horrible it makes you sick for that long!! :-(
