Hmm...the best gift I've ever given was a combo birthday/Christmas present for my sister's 25th birthday. We had gone to see The Nightmare Before Christmas In Concert where we live (NYers 4eva!). As for gifts received...well, it wasn't as much received as was wandered into my house/life. We had a kitten get stuck in our window screen 14 years ago and he's live with us up until two years ago when he passed from some sort of illness. Took eighteen years to get the cat that I had wanted since I was little but who's complaining? (My youngest cat is quite the compainer, actually :) )

Someone gave me an angelic potion before, that was probably the gift I received that was worth the most I guess.

Two keychains of Megatron and Soundwave, and a drawing of a character I really like. A christmas card with a drawing of General Grievous standing under the mistletoe drawn inside. An envelope containing a painting of a dolphin.

Oh, another best gift would be my PS2. Love that old thing.

I'd say the best give I've given (this year anyways) is a BUNCH of gift art to my friends, and they all loved them so much!

Best gift received is my Daughter Best gift given was toys to a family that had lost their dad.

Best gifts? In all honesty the time i got to spend with my family when I was younger. We don't see each other that often or spend holidays as a whole family anymore :*

My parents have given me so many lovely gifts over the years. Honestly, I think it might have been this one year when I was 16 or 17. My mom nailed it with gifts, especially the smaller inexpensive ones. We fought all the time when I was a teenager, and I really thought she didn't know anything about me. But she got me jelly bracelets and a calendar that were perfect for me. It was shocking to me and meant a lot. As an adult one year she got me a WoW calendar, I'd already long since moved out and idk how much I'd even mentioned it to her, but she got this perfect calendar for me. Calendars were her yearly gift to me. I miss that.

my dog. I wanted one my whole life and all off the sudden my mom woke me up saturday morning at 6 am and told me we were gonna go get a shihtzu pup. apparently she had been reading up for months and had gotten some basic stuff (we helped pick out toys and a leash later) and made an appointment with a breeder. she's 4 now and still my little baby ^_^
