My girlfriend drinks her coffee black and I cringe every time I try to taste it, but I applaud her for her bravery (and awful taste buds).
Meanwhile, I'm gonna need skimmed milk in mine, but I'm trying to cut back in sugar (I used to drink with none, then I decided to taste and got hooked orz) Instead I've been using honey from time to time if I want to spoil myself, it works surprisingly well to sweeten coffee! :0
I have to have coffee with some sort of milk (almond is my preferred one), a bit of sugar, and some sort of flavor. Basically, I like lattes and frappes and can't stand plain, black coffee.
I typically drink my coffee black, but my friend just got me addicted to breves (an American version of a latte made with half and half) and it is slightly problematic for a number of reasons. I am limiting myself to one a week as a treat!
Warm with soy milk or the free creamer from upstairs. Brown sugar or honey is my usual sweetener. Sometimes I put artificial sweetener in....

Lots of flavoring & creamer or frozen and super sweet!
Generally 1-2 sugars, depending on how strong it is and some milk. Although, I am going to try to stop using sugar at all in the new year.

With Sugar and Milk and a little coffee lol! Which is why I don't drink it often, don't like it black! I treated myself to a cup this morning. :)
Usually I have Tea with fake sugar and almond milk :)
I don't drink much coffee, but when I do, I will drink it black with a dash of water, or a dash of milk. It depends on how strong my husband made it. Milk if it's really strong.
With hazelnut creamer! Or if I’m on a diet, with stevia!
Coffee fuels my entire life at this point so I have quite a few different ways I don’t hate.
With sugar. Unlike most of you, I can't stand coffee with milk or cream xD
I like it black, and I usually use a french press to steep course grounds from my local coffee shop. It's cool because the owner roasts all the beans in house when he receives them.
Some time ago, I used to always add cream and sugar, but I learned that I was missing the real flavor of the coffee when I added stuff to it, and my palate wasn't appreciating the excess sweetness when I got older.
In one part, I did it out of health since I was aware that adding sugar and cream nullified any positive effects (aside from being caffeinated) that coffee would have given me. In another part, I was really motivated to drink it black after watching the documentary Caffeinated. There are people who bust their ass and work really, really hard to bring coffee to the rest of the world. Not only those who propagate the beans, but also the individuals who roast them once they're received. So not only was I aware that my palate wasn't developing to pick out the flavors, but I also conceded that adding a bunch of junk that wasn't good for me anyway was taking away from the work people had put into the beans.
I was wary of drinking it black at first, but I got pretty well adjusted in 3 days after making the switch. After drinking it black for 2 years, I now notice it more when a place burns their beans-- I didn't even know such a thing was possible until I Google'd it and found out there's an ideal temp for steeping coffee.
I also used to like drinking from a Keurig machine because of the convenience, but now the coffee tastes really "off" to me when I go to visit a relative who has one in their house compared to my cheap french press. I assume it has something to do with the temp and the quality of the coffee grinds in the little cups.
TL;DR - I'm a full blown coffee snob who drinks it black and silently judges cups of sugar with dashes of coffee in them. :P

I'll take my coffee black, please! Mmm.
Sometimes I drink it black but usually I put cream and sugar in it. Or milk if cream isn't available. I can't stand sweeteners. I haven't found one that isn't overwhelmingly sweet with a bitter aftertaste. :(
I usually just put some milk and sugar in it, but if there isn't any pure sugar I will just stick with milk. I cannot stand the taste of black coffee; I need something in it.

My coffee has to have a decent amount of milk or cream and a ton of sugar.
I just like sweetened milk with coffee in it

I like mine with milk or creamer, and enough sugar to make it more like a dessert than coffee.
