Any birds, I imagine. They'd probably just be yelling about, like, wanting to find a girlfriend or it being morning or something. I guess my cat would be pretty annoying, too, yelling "FEED ME. PET ME. NOTIC ME." all the time.

A: Hm, water, I guess. What a boring answer...but I need water, I don't need anything else. (I do like coffee, tea, beer and vodka though.)

Q: Autobots or Decepticons?

So did you try the ketchup prank? :P It sounds like it could be kinda hilarious if it squirts the right way and just freaks someone out (really terribly mean, but can you imagine the shriek from the stall? Yeah, it would be kinda funny, sorry) but I'd be SO ANGRY if it squirted onto my clothes and I had awkward ketchup stains in public and nothing I could do about it. In my opinion, good practical jokes are evanescent; everyone should have a good laugh and then they should go away without leaving a trace.

That's a surprisingly difficult question to answer. The simple answer is autobots - however...If you go back to the dawn of the battle the decepticons were fighting on the side of the people, seeking rights for all. The autobots were fighting to maintain the status quo - to retain their power and privilege in a corrupt system. Unfortunately I have a strong disagreement with Megatron's view of "the ends justify the means" - that's just wrong. If you become the enemy to defeat the enemy, you've already lost! If Megatron were to win the people would lose, because he'd recreate the same system he fought to bring down. So in the end, its neither.

Wow, that's a much more thoughtful answer than I've ever considered. For me, the Decepticons just transform into way cooler things so I always liked them better. XD I even had a Decepticon insignia on the back of my car (which just got totaled by an idiot in the snow, and is due to get picked up by the insurance people today: RIP my poor Subaru). I got a new car which is in much better condition and I'm being pressured not to put stickers and crap all over it...which is hard for me. I do love my bumper stickers. And I'm gonna miss my Decepticon logo.

A: I don't know, endurance sitting? Extreme mouse-clicking? Marathon sleeping? Maybe speed reading; that almost sounds sporty. I'm lazy AF these days. =x

LOL good answer - endurance sitting and Extreme mouse-clicking sound good to me. But marathon sleeping I'd be an utter failure - probably do better in the real marathon.

A: I started at Cordelia Naismith Vorkosigan, and as I started to describe why, it felt less and less true, more like I aspire to be more like her rather than identify with. Then I thought about her son Miles Vorkosigan, and while we have a lot in common, he's not right either. Then I shifted to movies and TV, and again I didn't find any that ring true. Though there are many that I identify with small parts of their overall characters - none come to mind that are mostly me, or react in ways that I would. I think the problem is that most fictional characters are stereotypical "people" who embody the basic ideas of what our society deems "normal" with one or two odd quirks or traits that aren't within the "normal" parameters. I'm just too far off the bell-curved to strongly identify with any one character. In the end, I guess I go back to the beginning and pick Cordelia.

Q: Who's your favourite author?

A: I don't really have just one. I'm a fan of Stephen King, Michael Crichton, Tom Clancy, Till Lindemann (poetry), Richard Dawkins, George Orwell, Dave Barry, Stephen Hawking, probably lots more I can't think of. My literary preferences may not be particularly sophisticated or whatever but I tend to read a lot more non-fiction where I'm more interested in learning from the content than in who the author is (e.g. textbooks; who even pays attention to who writes those?). When I do read fiction, I prefer sci-fi, horror, and dystopian themes. And by sci-fi I mean the kind that at least tries to have a kernel of real science in it, not that fantasy stuff with magic and unicorns that gets jammed into that section sometimes.

A: Video games - action/adventure/shooter games that offer a large world to explore and don't have to be played linearly. Favorite examples: Metroid, Fallout

Traditional games: Ones that rely more on strategy than luck. Luck-based games tend to frustrate me because my luck rarely seems good lol.

Dental work, the artificial lens in my eyes from cataract surgery and my neat surgical scars - all work not possible 400 years ago. But seriously, I wouldn't even try to prove it. If I'm not successful....well insane asylums were not pleasant places. If I was successful, I'd probably be burned at the stake for being a witch. No way to win.

Depends on what the draw is. I've lived in this county for 28 years, and have never once been inside the university's football stadium. But the Jefferson National Forest also cuts through our county, and I've been to just about all the waterfalls, overlooks, and hiking trails at least once during my time here.

In general, though, I found commercialized/hypey tourist areas a turnoff even when visiting other places.
