Eh, it's been kinda stressful here. Basically we had to get everything out of house for floors to be done. I also fell back in June which my toes are now healed from that for the most part. Will still have pain when it is rainy. Then it took forever to get my computer back in. We still haven't painted yet. Then I've also been busy with work. The positive thing is that I have been getting out more and hanging with friends. Marshmallow keeps tickling my feet and legs! And then she runs...she's being active right now. I'm actually starting to get tired. It's like 2 in the morning.

What is THIS?!! A Cat Sighting? Is it ALIVEEEEEEeeeeee.......? i wonder how many lives are left in this cat?

First... I have no clue where that post about the Pepper Q and A is. Every time I click on the ping it brings me to a broken HTML forum page or some crud.

Second OMG I just need to vent besides to poor Reaper. My landlord decided that he was having the place appraised. SO he and some stranger are suppose to be coming over tomorrow afternoon to look around. I am freaking out cus of the cats mainly. BUT also having someone in my personal space that I really dont want and they are going to be "looking" around. It is bringing back BAD memories and anxiety of my time in college when my so called friends had campus security search my room when I was at class cus they were worried I was going to hurt myself. They all knew WHERE I was. Why not do it when I was there. NO it was behind my back into my things. Granted I will be here for this BUT it still feels very invasive. I am just praying they dont want to mess around in the closets. That is where I am planning on putting the kitties. Im not sure where else to put them. LIKE why couldn't he wait until October for this shit when I have moved out.

sounds like he's trying to PUSH you out. He better step off because that's a no, no. It's one thing if you were packing up and getting ready to leaving in a month or something and fully prepared to transition but another when you're still working things out. He knows what he is doing though and frankly you have your rights just as much as he has his.

I'll take care of your problem if you take care of mine? Mkay? Cause my issue has to do with the fact I will be calling and asking the dealership for a PDI of my new vehicle and letting them know that my tires were over-inflated. There's also a crack on the inside of the glass where the speedometer and other gadgets are. I couldn't have done it and it's noticeable only at night (only driven twice at night - the night I got it and most recently on the 16th). I am not thrilled at all by this and it makes me uneasy thinking of what else they didn't do or half-assed after having it for a few weeks now... I mean, I haven't gone anywhere but I am supposed to go on a small-ish trip this weekend.

UGH. That is really uncomfortable. :( I hated it when handymen or whoever the landlord said would just show up. UGH GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. :(

But, the appraiser who did this place didn't look in closets except utility closet where the hot water heater was. He looked on the roof, under the house, bathroom, kitchen, windows and basically checked for damages by water or other stuff but not a ton of cosmetic stuff. I don't know if it's the same everywhere. Landlord has to redo stuff after you leave anyway so he can't be mad about needing to paint or something.

oh man. when the state appraiser came out here, he didn't even come in the house.

but the man was outside, and answered any questions he had.

first. cause i'm not a great housekeeper. second. we have the cat, when all they know about is the dog. third. i usually have my jewelry laying around (and admittedly it's not real expensive stuff any more, it's still decent items)

when i was a teen, i had spent the night (some where. maybe at my fathers house. don't remember) but when i came home. i found out the girl from down the street (THAT I WAS NOT FRIENDS WITH) had spent the night in my room.

i FLIPPED at my mother. i was SO UPSET. HOW DARE SHE LET SOME STRANGER IN MY ROOM!!! AND SLEEP IN MY BED!!!

damn. it's to bad there isn't someone you could leave the kitties with just for a few hours. that would be the most concerning for me.

and Yah. I'm with . ( :( on the car situation) I don't like that he seems to be trying to push you out faster.

i know i felt really bad for my girl, with her apt. one. because it was right across from the university. she still had about 3/4 months to go on her lease, and they were already starting to show it. AND she was worried to death, that they were going to come in, and the cat was going to get out.

cause you KNOW they didn't care about that.

IF they do see the kitties, tell them you're just babysitting them for the day.

Holy Crap! What the heck is going on with this site? Is there a specific forum I should be reading for fixes? I posted my issues in appropriate places. I haven't been able to find a forum that might show fixes or updates?

edit: facepalms I was able ... I didn't scroll and look beyond all the error messages ... so once I did I saw that I was still able to collect ! Error messages are still showing up, but I'm happy once again ;)

I will check my tires and my warranty again before taking off in a bit to make sure I'm not losing my mind. I think I'll pop over at the dealer and ask if they have the PDI and MSO for me. They did have to pick it up from another lot across town and bring it back but they should still have that information. Of course I'll check my flash drive to make sure I didn't miss any of that before I get a tude. I just want to err on the side of caution and make sure I'm not ruining my tires and their warranty as well as my safety.

Did you notice the tire pressure before or after you drove it. Most of the time after driving the pressure goes up some because the air expands.

I have a friend that offered for me to bring kitties to their garage for a few hours so they going to go there most of. I have to many kitties. Hence why I want a house with stuff. I can make a kitty room and area. Kitty trees and shelves and fun stuff. I've paid my credit card debt to 30% on all cards now. It's just a wait until next month my credit to be ran and make sure all the places reported in. I'm so friggin nervous. In had a friend start to buy house at same time as me...got upset they approved etc when I knew for years they complained about their credit. Thought it was cus of their partner. Turns out they have to have money down. My loan person trying to get me 0 down loan. Think it's called a.USDA loan she is aiming for and not an FHA from what I'm reading about.

And no, I didn't think anything of it until after I drove it around few times. I would check the digital one on the dash and it would read exceptionally high each time on all 4 tires! Cold or hot. I actually tried to reach out to the salesman last week when he was urging us to call for a survey on the financial end... He sidestepped asking me what my concerns were and that irked me but I figured I'd just try again later if I couldn't figure it out on my own. So I tried again today and complete silence not even a hey, I'll get back to you sort of thing so I reached out to someone who posts every now and again in a rather large area group to see if he could help. He did his best to help me and offered to lower my tire pressure which I'll have done in the morning. As I didn't want to show up at the very last minute when they were closing shop. In fact, I even called the service department to ask them if I could get a copy of the PDI and they told me it was all digital so the only way would likely be directly through the manufacture which I will likely contact them about. I figured if they're blowing smoke, that's their problem when it clears.

I might just go to the store and purchase a gauge that allows me to release air if need be. I know what it should be - 33-35 maybe a little higher like 36 or 38 but mine have been reading 49 and 48 PSI hot and 48 and 47 PSI cold. I looked at the tires and they read 50 PSI Max and I think it said 35 minimum, I'll look in the morning. I know the warranty said something about 33 PSI for the tires in general. So I want to stay around there if possible and under 40 PSI went they heat up.

Now back to that sales guy, if I see him I'm going to ghost his ass in public for his lack of professional courtesy. It might just be me but ya know I don't think that once a customer is off the lot for a few days my job is done, if I were a salesman. I'd want to make sure they are smooth sailing for at least a month or two and then back away that way they feel confident in their decision and what have you. He's going to be expecting a positive review of 2000 points or something soon... I'm waiting for that email. In return, I was supposed to receive tint of my choice but I'm finding it hard to care much about tint when I can't even get a response to my questions or concerns. I'm really considering opting out of tint from the dealer and being full on blunt with his ass. Cause truth be told, he didn't know much about anything regarding what he was selling. He probably knows a lot about the ones he might like but that does little when folks buy a variety. So it's a good idea I had reviewed and read up on the vehicle before going to the dealer to begin with. I knew some stuff but it would have been nice to be informed or reinforced of some things. But it is what it is. Whatever. He will be graded based on his lazy behavior and lack of customer service.

I mean truth be told if I could do it over again I would. I would have waited to purchase a few more days. A sales person is the face of a company and the more I think about how lousy he is for not responding to the two texts I sent in the last week, the more repulsed I am.
