And that truly is beyond irritating when people that have been there way less than you have get a better position and yet they expect YOU to still basically do their job or help them do their job. I'm fine, just...moody, I guess? I'm flat broke, paying for half my mattress, then the cable and light bill did a number on me. I don't like digging into hidden cash to try to stay afloat and thank the Goddess that my tax refund finally came. It's not as much as it originally said it would be because NY sent me a letter saying "We looked over everything and decided that we don't owe you anything and while you DID put money towards charities, we decided that you owe us a bit so we took a bit of that and put the money that was leftover towards the charities you donated to. That works out, right? Ta!" but...as long as they don't say that I owe them, fine by me. I ended up using some of that money to buy necessities and...argh.

I need to save more money if I'm going to go to Ghana to help clean up Dad's house with my sisters this year. a LOT of money. And between bills, car insurance, the phone etc, I don't know how I will do it. I can't ask for money from my sisters. I mean, technically I could, but I wouldn't feel right asking them. I hate asking people for things, I didn't even like asking my Dad for stuff even though I knew he didn't mind and that he was there for me. I've been writing a bit more to take my mind off of things and it helps a bit. I could also be moody because its my Dad's birthday today and I feel like something is wrong with the day. The people at work, the cold, gray weather...the brokeness....maybe just all of the above. huggles I want you to stay as healthy as possible, rest, get cuddles and the position you deserve. That is most likely why. I think if the wax is especially deep or hard, pincers are the only way to remove them.

I do love books about fey. Hm....there are some Young Adult books that have such stories. There was a series I read a bit of when I was still in High School. Wicked....something. I liked it, and at the same time I did not, so I stopped right in the middle. The young woman's possible love interest was a Prince of the Summer Fey. He wanted her to love him and judging by the book being all about the Fae, she would end up with him. The problem? One, there is another love interest, a nice human male (I think he's also a tattoo artist, or has awesome tattoos and piercings) that she could be with instead AND, there is a special curse around the Fey Prince so that, if she does tries to be with him, he will try to get her to defeat the cruse which has a 99.9 percent change of ruining her life for all eternity (there was someone that loved him before and tried to defeat the curse for him and yeah....she is screwed for all eternity. She can't even feel love or warmth ever again.) NOPE! If the guy is that selfish, I can't do it.

They recommend books based on the genres you like, (I think they also show reviews) but most of all....they lead you to books you can download for FREE. I spent the last 3 days looking through their free deals and downloading books from Amazon. (there are other links too, like Google books, etc.) I must have nabbed at least 30 free books. At least :P I should probably start reading some of them, lol XD <3

I'm currently gobbling up the "Folk of the Air" series and I did read the A Court of Thorns and Roses trilogy. With the later I was glad I ended it when I did, as the trilogy, while leaving loose ends, is still ending well and by all looks the book released after that is more of a cash grab than a well written book.

hugs TIRED very TIRED. Michael is going through his 4th developmental/mental leap now for the next 27 days. He is very clingy and hungry. At the moment he is still somewhat sleeping and somewhat awake, so I got some bills and a bit of cleaning done. Trying to finish up with pings here. That's me in a nutshell. Friday, Eric told me I get the day off and to enjoy it. No buying baby stuff, only things for me! :P
