I've noticed that when it comes to book series, the last few tend to be cash grabs. I think the only Writer that has had success at making a long series is Sherrilyn Kenyon. I read what must have been like....book 12 or 18 from one of her series and it was a great book. Other than that....even J.K. Rowling's book 8, was a total cash grab. Although to be fair, sometimes the Writer wants to end a series and their editors or the publishing company push them, wanting to make more money off the name.

Royal Niece! How are you faring today?

I have been keeping busy. I got the promotion at my one job. I went from working there 16 hours to almost 40. PLUS working my other job 30 hours. So 70 hours or so a week going on now. So I have been very tired lately. I am hoping to adjust and get use to it. I am focused on the money. It will be nice to have more coming in.

I'll message you the info <3 Your car? I'm sorry, hon. Battery, engine issues? Is it time to buy a different one? Allergies always suck. What do you take for them? Zyrtec, Ellergen? I only really take Benadryl to knock myself out when I'm having a major allergy attack (evil pollen) and don't have to work.

lol, I think I'm more into the fanfictions now than the actual stories, although I do like the books <3 She really, really is...but then again, so are the movie companies. Like the "Fantastic Beasts" thing...their second movie, from what I've seen of the commercials, will have Scamander fight the "Dark Lord' .......even though the very FIRST Harry Potter book that Rowling made said that Dumbledore defeated him. So yup, money-making ploy.

Alas, I have to admit I am not doing any reading atm. Just some drawing and occasionally I'll play Let's Go Eevee or Zelda BOTW on my Switch

My new job promotion has me working from 7am to 3pm 5 days a week Mon, Wed-Sat. And then I do the bread job afterwards. Wednesday I have to do bread before I go in at 7am and after. Then Sunday I have to do bread in the morning and afternoon. I still have Tuesday to myself. The money coming in will be nice.

I still haven't had a whole "me day" yet. Maybe soon, we'll see. Eric did get me $100 dollars for a spa near us and really wants me to use it. So we'll see lol. Michael is doing good. Still fighting about taking naps and wanting to sleep at night haha. As long as he has one nap a day and goes down before midnight, I'm fine. We went to the Renaissance faire near us on Saturday and Michael did really well until we were on the way home when he decided he was really hungry and just cried and cried until we got into the house. Then I fed him. You will have to see the pictures on FB, absolutely adorable. Other then that he has gotten bigger and I fed him a tiny bit of a pureed banana for the first time and he liked it. So I call that a win! We'll try avacado soon.

I will do my very best to box up some sunshine for you. It seems like an evil winter queen is trying to thwart my scattering of warmth and love with storms and rain and even snow. I do not approve.

I am getting settled into my promotion. I am trying to prove they made the right choice. So far they seem impressed by the work I get done. The manager goes to me the other day "You by yourself stocked a 170 piece truck. THEN stocked an additional 100 piece milk delivery. Set up a display and faced the shelves in your area alone. AND you ordered the next truck and the next milk truck. It use to take the other managers before you having at least one helper to get all that stuff done you did alone."

Show them that they need to stop hiring lazy people? :P

whew. so much to do until classes start in the Fall! I kinda missed out/messed up on the financial aid stuff because I thought I would wait until acceptance to submit apps for scholarships. WELL... turns out they were due a month before the app deadline to get into school... bleh. I might be able to find something that's still available. I have a conference call with my advisor next week

Indeed, you must tell the Windter Queen that this is the time for warm, gentle breezes, flowers and reading outside. She may come in December and I shall turn into the Emperor/Empress of Eternal Winters and visit her with snowflakes then. Today was nice, like in the 70s, then it rained a bit, lol. XD

Today is the full "me" day with one of my friends. Eric is going to take care of Michael and my parents will be here for the weekend. They are driving back up today. We did avocado and he liked it! So now bananas and avocados will be eaten more often. Maybe sweet potatoes next?

I've joined a 6 player game (already in progress, but they just started their campaign.) They are a very funny group and it's a lot of fun to hear them drive off into the weeds sometimes. This campaign has something to do with The Eldar....sounds ominous.

Ohhhh very cool! I'm playing an Elf Druid with a little monk mixed in. I bet your Cleric is a lot of fun to play :)
