i have to admit, that we were good with the chicken and the sides that i had made. (hahahaa, the man and boy were find, as long as there was stuffing and potatoes) :D

I just finished watching Beauty and the Beast, its very good, I think little kids might be a bit scared in parts though!
Oh you know what its like with timing things, I didnt put them in the oven early enough! it was only roast potatoes parsnips sweet potato and squash, but they took ages, and I had to resort to the dry fryer in the end. but my lot are happy with what I cook so it was fine in the end.

Yup! We do and was up also, so celebrated with her a little bit too through texts lol.
It's definitely a lazy day. Eric had the chuck roast marinating since yesterday, so he'll be making that for dinner :D I also applied for a part time job at a library already.
