Dried squid, pickles, candy corn, cottage cheese, salt and vinegar chips, mayonnaise, olives, and much more. Basically anything salty or vinegary is my jam.
I mean I adore sauerkraut on its own, not so much as a part of other dishes, but I'm Eastern European, pickled stuff is kinda... just how we roll. At my home we also kinda compete who gets to drink salty pickles brine when we have some left over and don't plan on using it for soup later :P

anyway i'm gonna say ghost peppers for me? like, i'm that picky person who doesn't like most things but give me that hellfire any day yum yum uh and sauerkraut. i'll eat anything pickled unless it's something gross like eggs and i guess rice cakes? i think they're nice and crunchy but everyone i know hates them?
On the bag, it says it's a Japanese product, but it's made in Thailand. There's more wheat than shrimp in 'em. Not that I care much...

Black liquorice! I had no idea it was so widely-hated until recently, since black liquorice (especially jelly beans, allsorts, and black liquorice babies) has always been a favorite in my household.
Insects! I love toasted and seasoned locusts and mealworms!
I love baby cereal...not the jar kind, but the kind you mix with milk...like the rice or oatmeal kind. A dash of sugar and it's so good!
Wow I had no idea those are so controversial. WHAT IS THERE NOT TO LIKE PEOPLE?!?! Not too different of a concept from Chicken Biskit, or bacon-flavored Pringles. They come in chinese food stores as well.
I love most things, it's a matter of being in the right mood for, or finding the right compliments to them. I can eat plain cheerios by the handful as a staple, if I'm low on food-prepping energy. People are like, whyyyyyy.
I loved shrimp chips before I went vegan! They were my jam. I wish they'd make a vegan version. I do really like brussels sprouts and asparagus.
Well some find it strange that I like plain avocado, but not guacamole or sauces based on it.
Fish and rice. I eat it daily and everyone hates it. I love vegetables. Also when I was younger there were these banana flavored milk bottles. Yum. But they disappeared so I guess they discontinued them. D': Also a sweet and salty popcorn that I think also got discontinued.
aloe drinks are my JAM. they're sweet and kind of syrupy, with chunks of aloe vera gel floating in it. lots of people are understandably repulsed - i call it my "snot drink" because it looks like it's been sneezed in. for my mom it's the backwash-y, texture problem of the chunks, or the slightly thick syrupy liquid it's suspended in. for my boyfriend, it's the syrupy, almost medicine-y taste. but hey, more for me.
I love eggnog (of the non-alcoholic variety) and eggnog-flavored things, like lattes and ice cream! I don't know anyone who likes it. :(
Mushrooms! Pineapple on pizza! Cranberry sauce! Tofu!

Licorice. And I mean licorice, the stuff people call "black licorice". "Red licorice" isn't licorice. It's delicious, but it's berry-flavoured. Yes, I have strong opinions on this. :D
Another food I love is liver and onions. It's delicious, and weirdly enough the texture doesn't put me off, and texture is why I don't like most cheeses.
You know, I don't eat anything weird that everyone else hates. I guess the one weird combo I love is french fries dipped in a chocolate shake. I find it so so sooo good! I've also tried and loved chocolate covered potato chips, man its delicious. Other than that, I'm pretty much normal, haha. I can tell you the things I find revolting that everyone else loves. I H A T E Onions, Mayonnaise, Sea food of any kind (it actually scares the shit out of me!!), recently discovered I hate cilantro, mushrooms, don't care for a lot of vegetables except for raw carrots, celery and lettuce. corn and that's it. There's a whole list I don't like but these are the majors.
I LOVE most seafood and seafood-flavoured things. I can happily munch on dried anchovies coated in soy, chili pepper and sesame. Mmmm! I also like durian candies when I can find them but I'm not sure if I could ever eat real durian because the taste would be stronger and I'm sure the texture wouldn't agree with me. My girlfriend and I get the Tokyo Treat boxes and if there's anything fishy in it it's mine lol
I HATE cheese though, which is kinda unfortunate because it's on EVERYTHING! :(
I think the flavor combo I adore that I've found disgusts most people is dipping oreos in soda instead of milk. >v>; I mean milk is also delicious, I do that most of the time but sometimes I really like the former instead. Especially with strawberry fanta, for some reason??
Also potato chips with ketchup. And alsoalso, I'm getting on that fries dipped in icecream train, it's such a tasty combo!
