and everyone else: My birthday list is not exclusively Bears. I still have people on that have left the group and the forum and some new people (not many) that I have met elsewhere on subeta. Mostly bears though. I am happy to add to the list, or correct; preferably PM me in a letter.

All the lovely people we have lost over the years, I wish I had started a different list for those, but the date of departure isn't as important as the effect they had while here and the hole they left now they are gone.

[edit] Hi! I missed one day after being on 307 consecutive days (I had no wifi access at all that weekend) and little computer access for the 3 weeks I was away and it took the wind out of my sails. I do miss my friends here! hugs thanks for thinking of me.

Sorry I wasn't here my friend! I am so tired after work I can barely drag myself home! LOL Friday night we had another HUGE monsoon and there was mud and sludge and sand everywhere on the streets. Saturday I was stepping up to a curb and my flipflops slid out from under me and I did a big WHOOSH!!! Landed on my knee and shoulder. Needless to say, I am sooo sore today!!! But it looks like I will live!

Hello everyone. It is with profound sadness to pass on the news that has passed away this Friday, August 10th at 4:30am CST. Karen has been going through a lengthy illness, and was diagnosed neuropathy which made it difficult to use her arms and hands, if anyone was wondering why she wasn't around much.
