I have totally voted Alfonse for my first CYL pick. And this new banner... gosh I am so conflicted!

If I was to pull I would probably only go for blue and green. Sakura and Elise are adorable but I sort of want to be able to play the game without feeling weird. Bathhouse makes sense for Camilla to show up, but I feel like she needs a bit of a rest now. I worry that her lines are going to be lewd, but she is a free unit so can't really complain.

The new mythic hero is just around the corner so IDK, I think bath banner lasts for a while so I might try to wait until the end of the month before really pulling.

I finished +10 my Cherche :3 She's got her prf axe at the moment and is running a standard flier build but she kills /a lot/. She's -spd, so I think I would have to tweak her build a lot if I was going to put a hammer on her.

haha, yeah, fred's... not so great for not-horse, not-armor rounds. (and i just realized he's not wearing his cavalry buff, so he was even less useful for the horse round... oops.) i wish we could set more than one loaner unit o;

aether raids... i wish there was a cap on the aether requirement. i'm at 91 per play now, and it makes it... really unfun to lose and then realize you can't play again because you're at 70-something aether p;

the new seasonals look great! i don't know if i'm going to go beyond free rolls, but i'm sure camilla will be pretty and i'm excited to see who got to draw her! but yeah, no more camillas, please ;w;

- Yeah, I wish we could set more than one! And be able to send them with different move sets. Nowi is a beast, but I need Repo on her for arena, but repo/draw back kills if you are like me and just like to AB everything rival domains/grand conquest. I have no +10s that aren't infantry though. Caeda is +5, Camilla is +4, I don't have any serious horse merges going (thinking of trying for a healer though, like Priscilla or Nana, Titania and l'arachel are also on the table) and armour... well, I have a +10 4* Gwendolyn, don't think she counts. I don't really want an armour merge project, but they are good for arena scores. I guess I could start throwing together an Effie. Armours just need so much work, and really need DC to be any use.

- Don't be a creeper who plays with people in their towels! lol. I'm saving my orbs for whatever we get next. Camilla does sorta make sense for the theme, but it really should have been takumi... or even Leo, who really deserves a new alt, and would be hilarious on this banner.

i'm bummed out. i like new camilla's art the least out of all of the camillas, and all the hot springs units. she's got weird like... one piece proportions. which works for one piece, but makes her look so strange next the rest. the datamine says the artist is lack, so i'm doubly bummed out because i really like saizo and kaze, but... i'm just not a fan of the camilla.

oh well, she's free, and i'm sure her sprite will be cute, and i do like her hair. and i'm very thankful the other three girls have very conservative damage art, hah.

the one thing i love the most about aether raids is the lock feature! that's what i thought move sets would be like, tbh. i have a few titanias kicking around in the barracks, if you end up building her i'd love to hear how it turns out o;

- I haven't used the lock feature, what does it do? I thought that the sets feature would be like that too, but the sets are pretty useless TBH, you still have to go into the skills menu to equip them, I thought you might be able to change them from the hero screen before battles etc. but nope.

Generally not a fan of Camilla ever OTL Her Ardift art was nice, but she didn't really belong on that banner imo. She doesn't belong on this one either. Her damaged are is just not good at all, she's got that whole broken back thing going on that a lot of the girls in FE seem to have. I think her sprite is pretty cute from what you can see of it on the battle map from the video (but that's more cus the wyvern than her)

(I overestimate Nailah's resiliance too, it helps a bit that I gave her reciprocal aid so she can heal herself a bit, and brazen att/res seal for if she can't, she has had a few sweeps, my highest scores are still around 720 though, so no crown for me)

if you lock your aether defense team, their skills/seals stay the same even if you change them afterwards (you're locking them in place). like, my morgan has the close def seal -- since i locked my defense team, i can give someone else the close def seal for tempest trials, and morgan will still keep it on aether defense. (and apparently my 6th defense unit sticks around even when i drop out of t19! probably a bug, but i'm not complaining.) it's something i'd love to have for my arena defense team, but i imagine it's not that easy to implement.

yeah i just like camilla's aesthetic, but i don't usually care to roll for her... there's an artist on my twitter timeline who did some edits (changed her foot placement, gave her biceps, made her head bigger lol) so i'm just sitting here like. she could've been so cute! we could've had it all! but instead she has a small head, and noodle arms!

i'm also two steps away from giving tibarn a healing special even though it'll eat my scores. that extra movement is definitely trouble for me; it's way too easy for me to overextend and run into trouble haha

Well seems this morning I had a huge case of luck, in a single full pull for my first summoning attempt I got BOTH Hot Springs Hinoka and Elise

My new Hinoka is in Red armour and has a dragon, likewise, my new Ryoma has long blue hair and can turn into a dragon. I’m pretty upset :’C

- I mean, it sounds like you at least summoned decent some 5* units? My new Ryouma has blue hair and a demon face OTL.

- Congrats. That's nice of IS to actually allow some people to summon what they want sometimes. I'm done for this banner, got a couple of decent skill fodder 4* units, but I was never going to give this banner much time.

- Hrm, that does sound pretty useful, I don't think anyone on the team right now has any make or break seals etc, Nowi does have QR, but she tends to keep it most of the time anyway.

Only bad thing will be if this infears with my luck in another Gacha game tomarrow :p

While the rate of 5* is not something to be sneezed at and I realise the rate at which they appear has been quite generous, I think I would be substantially less salty if Minerva had not been the ninth Pity Breaker in a row for me across January’s banners (I’ve pulled Karel, Libra (-atk) Flora, Saber, Elise, MMorgan (-atk) Ninian, GOlwen (-atk) and now Minerva) I would just like an on-focus unit ;_;

- Yeah, I can see how that would be frustrating. I've actually been pretty lucky not getting off banner pity breakers recently. Not since Tana/Hinoka on the Ylgr banner. At least if the rate has been good you haven't been sunk into the 100+ orbs to get a single off banner pity breaker pit that I usually get stuck in.

the interim cyl results are out... bruno is in 6th place for males and alfonse is 17th so i'm ditching my plan to split my votes between fred and alfonse in the hopes of reuniting veronica with her brother ;o; reinhardt is 7th and lif (handsome skelly) is 8th, and they're all behind chrom and robin so i'll be happy with any of the far-fetched heroes! looks like i gotta save up. meanwhile camilla is in first place for ladies. some people just want to see the world burn, i guess

I've well and truly wrecked my NYR for Feh. I brought some Orbs last night and came out with FMorgan and Quan, so... it continues to be rude :C They both have fairly mediocre stat spreads too. I think that's 11 pity breakers now.

CYL... I've voted Alfonse, Alm and Eliwood so far, so pleased to see them doing well. I think whoever wins out of the men's bracket should be pretty cool. Female bracket... colour me surprised. I don't understand the FE community sometimes... after all of the hate about Camilla and Azura getting so many alts the community is literally voting for them to have more alts. It also staggers me that FCorrin is so popular.

- I'm mostly just voting for randos from RD. That game needs more representation in Heroes. Glad to see Haar and Ranulf in the top 20. EXTREMELY disturbed by the fact that Surtur is doing better than Alphonse! But mostly I just wish I could vote down Camilla, her placement at the top of the females list is entirely not surprising, but I do not want Brave Camilla. And inevitably, she's going to end up being a bonkers good unit. I don't understand the community either, I just hope that when we get 8 Camilla alts we just have a Camilla VG. She can't possibly lose, but she can't possibly win either!

and i think the camilla thing is whatever. reddit hates camilla, but this is an open popularity contest, and camilla is popular. maybe she'll get bolverk? that'd be cool, bolverk looks really neat (my favorite response to this whole mess is, "will someone die if you don't release a camilla?" it gives me the giggles every time)

that said i will be kind of bummed for the micaiah people if that big youtuber guy gets f!robin to take second place, even though i really want a different f!robin for family emblem

- Overall I prefer F!Robin as a character over Michaiah, but aforementioned RD needs more love, so I kinda hope she wins.

Surprised Garon didn’t come with Bolverk but yeah, that would be cool. If they take that route I hope they give her a decent outfit because underneath the fan service she’s a pretty interesting character. ALSO THIS IS NOT A DRILL but Ryoma finally came home and he has a good stat spread. So happy, it takes the pressure off while I save for Hinoka.

yeah that’s is disturbing o.o I guess people are hoping they’ll get an even more broken version of Surtr than the current one? Although did you see they changed the code so he doesn’t appear in TT, FB maps now, which is great. Although it says something that he’s so hard to deal with that he has to be removed from most content.
