I did a full pull on my free summon circle for fun and got Palla, Serra, Jeorge, Lyn and Ephraim. I feel very lucky at the moment but I see what you’re doing game and I’m not spending any more money on you this year :O (Lyn is neutral and Ephraim is +hp -atk for the curious)

Also Grima is apparently back next month so I’m just confused now. I might send feedback asking to give her a break D:

To top it all off, Both Lyns AND Ninian are +att -Spd :( I mean, I guess I Could give Lyn a brave bow, but I don't feel like that's worth it. I mostly use her as a rally bot anyway.

I got a Summer Tana on my free pull for this Leg banner. She was -atk, sadly, so I gave Atk/Spd Push to Marth, but I'd take that over nothing. Marth usually stays on the sidelines, so it comes in handy for the times where he does need to fend for himself. Guess my one 5* a leg banner streak is still alive, eh?

Looks like it's November already, and there's no update preview, oddly. Could this be a sign that 3.0 will be making its way this month? Hopefully...

Yeah I woke up expecting an update notification. Maybe we'll get a Feh Channel instead if it is 3.0?

I got a 5* on the legendary banner too! My second pull bestowed my first Innes upon me. His IV is hot garbage - +Def -Spd lol - which kinda makes me not want to refine him, which is a shame because he'd be great for chipping armours. Ah well, I'll train him up over the weekend and decide then.

I decided to support Linde for the gauntlet. Hoping she'll be kinda unpopular for potential feather rewards.

Cleared everything up to Abyssal on L!Eirika too, she was a tricky one! I did the first handful with horses but had to bring out Fae, A!Tiki, PA!Azura and B!Cordelia for Infernal as they needed to tank hits. Still took a while to work out what to do with them, though.

Congrats on the pulls everyone. sigh I shouldn't complain about 3 5s with 150 orbs, but I don't want any of them. Now I don't have anyone to train for the Nov. Quests or the VG and I have to make decisions about these guys, I hate making descisions.

My other Shiro has a blessing on him... that makes the descision to fodder him off harder. I might just merge them. I don't really make use of tactics or stance skills anyway.

Huh, so Ishtar lost, sad face. I have joined Linde for the second round.

Got bored again so I poked at the smoke skills banner and spent all of my orbs but I came out with +atk -res flying Nino, which is great because I now have a green flying mage :) I have lots of options for Flier Emblem now.

Also a more personal achievement: I have gone nearly 2 months without purchasing orbs with cash, my bank balance is grateful.

- Yeah, I didn't expect Ishtar to have the second largest team, and the two top teams failed the first round. lol. I joined up with Olwen for bonus points cus I have her, but man does she suck! I keep getting randomly paired with 4 star units, that's how shitty Olwen's stats are. I've been losing a LOT. (It really doesn't help that my Olwen is -att) I'm sure glad they changed the re-battle system!

So proud of lil Linde making the finals! Olwen fight was same hell for so long. Hope we get some multipliers as I imagine Reinhardt will dwarf us.

I did a few pulls on the legendary banner as I don't actually have any of the reds - ended up with a +Atk -HP S!Tana who's a cutie so I'm happy. Not sure what I'll do with her set - anyone here have her and any tips?

Not sure what's gonna happen with Arena this week! Currently around rank 2k while 3.4k gets you Grand Summoner, so might make it? I scored 3719 which was close to the cusp, if I recall correctly.

I revamped Sharena for this week. She has her special refine, dual rally and Bonfire, and Fury / Renewal / Atk Smoke / Close Def. Definitely not as strong as Alfonse but I've had some success.

I pulled 2 L!Eirika from the legendary banner! I kinda want to try again but I had to spend 130 orbs before I got anything so... it's probably best I wait for the new heroes! That legendary battle map is horrible though, I still have to do Infernal. Not even going to bother with Abyssal even for a golden Feh!

Linde making it to the finals was definitely a surprise! I just wanted feathers and thought I could join Ishtar when she would lose, but that didn't happen. I'm probably going to burn some flags already today in case of same hell tomorrow!

Eek, that sucks :C I got an Olwen ages ago as a pity breaker. She's neutral but after I got her to level 40 I never use her. I would say she needs a refine, but her green version is alarmingly good at killing my units so I'm good. Kinda surprised that Olwen lost, it would have been interesting to have her in the final against her bro.

Congrats on Summer Tana! They are great IVs. My S!Tana is +def -spd so probably the one of the worst spreads for her, but even so she has 33 base and with her tome she hits 36 and she's fairly fun to use. I was thinking about perhaps giving her a blade tome and some skills that effect opponent's speed to help with the deficit. (Also your Fae keeps showing up in my VG and she's ace)

It's the last day of Eirika's banner tomorrow, and then New Heroes come on the 9th I think. That's a nice little gap where they could but a Feh Channel, but I don't really remember how far in advance they announce them. Normally a day or so right?

- Yeah, I wanted Olwen vs Reinhardt for the final. Linde is a light mage, so I'm not even sure how she made this banner. :P But I'm supporting her now, out of defiance still not supporting Reinhardt.

- You can do it! Go get your second crown! I'm going back down to 19 again. I don't even think I can stay in T20 for more than a week with any combination of units I have. I don't feel like building any of the big scorers, like Sheena or Effie. Aversa has been doing pretty well this week though.

I got bored and tried my 5% pity rate on the brave redux, and still nothing. Oh well.

Shoo-wee. I finally broke my rate on Brave Redux. Got a bad IV Kliff, but at least he made for some good Fortress Def/Res fodder for my Hana.

I also bought a new laptop for school. Runs pretty good so far. No more having to worry about a lack of space or slow loading pages...

- Even with Bad IVs I odn't like to get rid of a unit if it's unique. This is probably why I fail at the competitive of this game. Congrats on the new laptop, what did you get? (I'm also in the market for a new one)

I'm the same, I just can't bring myself to get rid of 5* exclusive heroes for SI! That's why I have had an extra Hector in my barracks for more than a year now, three Bikes, etc I'm just so undecisive about them! (yet I know they are useless this way, I just like having the option I guess haha)

Looks like was in the right for the Feh channel! I guess 3.0 and Book 3 are around the corner?

WELL yay, I made it to T21! I was surprised by how... easy it was this week. I really didn't think my score would see me through but maybe H!Myrrh and the plethora of armours on bonus the weeks before made it more competitive. 3719 averages out to 743.8 - I went for 734s and above so it averages around 3 kills per match, and I think you could get in with 3710.

Lol on the flip side I totally dropped the ball on AA but oh well. I left myself an hour and it... didn't go to plan. I think I should promote more armour-effective units because I see oh so many at the moment. My Clair is currently unbuilt - like completely zero kit - so I'm gonna put some effort into her this week. I think I'm gonna wait for the update before I drop any feathers on merges though.

Also starting to see more ranged units thanks to the Duel skills which are annoying. Loki, in particular, is frustrating to both bait and KO thanks to Dazzling and good speed alongside a hefty HP pool. She sucks. Seeing a few Sorens too; more manageable but his innate debuffs can make playing around him a pain.

Great job on the pulls! Even if L!Eirika doesn't reinvent the wheel as a red cav, her art sure is stunning. They really knocked it out the park.

Yeah, new channel as predicted! I did see something on Reddit which indicates it'll actually be 2.11 rather than 3.0, which is interesting? Maybe just something to whet our appetites before a big update drops early next year? I dunno. I feel like there was definitely an expectation for 3.0 so maybe they knew they have to show us something.

And thanks about lil Fae! I always forget y'all don't get her Summoner Support stats which make her a wee bit bulkier, and also I keep switching her set to Arena which means she has Spur/Def Ploy rather than Atk Smoke/Distant Def. Ah well, still useful I hope!

Congrats on Kliff! His A skill is so great. I'd be tempted to give it to Fjorm hm, though quite like her default bond skill too. Or maybe Xander? Though I barely use Xander these days. Units which have innate DC and would appreciate the extra bulk.

I really don't regret the fodders I do make but it... takes a while to push myself. Since giving A!Tiki DC from a spare Hector she's really proven herself but it wasn't an easy decision at all.

aw, i wasn't expecting rein to do this well! i think i'm the odd one out for this gauntlet but i've got my fingers crossed for ol' tiny hands now ;w; no hrid so i burned a bunch of orbs looking for kliff and came out with two lokis p: i'll try for kliff some other time. i kept one and used the other to give morgan odd attack wave, so he's finally got his all-red kit 8)

but deer god, all i want is my last morgan merge. i've rolled loads of red and got bupkis. huge bummer ;c

- Congrats! Yeah. the lack of the big bulky high scoring w/o merges units probably made a big difference. I still went down to 19 again though, just barely though. Maybe next time. Maybe someday I'll break that 724 barrier that I'm stuck behind, but probably not :P I'm pretty sure with my luck, I need at least 6% or higher to summon 5star units. 5% is really small compared to the 11% I had to get to to get any 5stars on the Leg banner. Do you think Aversa would appreciate Chill speed from my spare Bride Ninian? Right now she's rocking the swordbreaker, which has been fairly useful, but I don't think she has really needed it, and chill speed probably kills those speedy swords anyway. I just don't know how useful Aversa will be outside this week's arenas, though I've already seen her pop up on F2P guides.

I built her with GCs in mind, as that's where I think she'll shine, so went for Wings of Mercy for snipe potential. Second choice would probably be Renewal to keep her HP topped up to trigger her weapon. But those are both more useful on the bigger maps; Chill would be good to bring utility on 4 v 4. If you're looking to build her more offensively then you can never go wrong with Desperation etc, but I'd rather highlight her unique errr... assets... than make her another bladetome (which would probs be stronger but I'm happy with her performance thus far). I haven't used her for Arena, admittedly.

And hmmm I think you could make it non-cav, non-ranged (unless you use Duel) with 3 +10s relatively optimised and move up. I run two that run in 155 - 159 BST with PRFs (Eirika and A!Tiki) and one that runs in 160 - 164 BST with no PRF (Fae) but I think they're pretty interchangeable. I've definitely focused on tailoring them to support my bonus unit recently, though, whether it be with Drives or Spurs or Ploys, and they do make a big difference imo. Hahah I've actually wanted to build a Roy or Marth for ages but they don't come home for me. Can never have too many dragon slayers!

I think there's a good chance we'll see some 5* demotions with 3.0 though (they can't keep the Mists and Lukes of the world there that much longer) so maybe now is a good time to take stock for future projects. That said, I still don't have many Soleils for potential merges and she came out almost a year ago so huh.

I finally got FE: Heroes! Still feel like a total noob, like I keep getting duplicate characters, but should I level them up individually and then merge them or just instantly merge and not bother? T_T

Also, on team Linde but had no idea she (or Reinhardt) was gonna be that popular. My first pick lost against Linde. xD

- That's true, she would be great in GC with her PRF ability. She's basically new Veronika without needing to attack to get the stat debuffs. WoM would definitely be good on her, but I don't have any fodder, I have a 3* freddy, he only gives WoM 1, and at 4* only WoM2, haven't gotten any Cains in my searches for Eirika merges either! I wish I could send you my Roys! lol. I have a bunch of Marths I was planning on merging him at some point, but I couldn't decide on IVs for him, is is really just too even spread. My current one is -att +spd, and I almost feel like that's the best IVs for him, but his attack is pretty dismal, he really wouldn't be good for much except buffing allies and killing green dragons, but I wouldn't want to drop his defences, cus he needs that res/HP to take on the dragons, and his speed really isn't good enough to not be boosted, I guess -def +spd might be better, but his defence is super bane. Maybe I should start checking these Roys instead, I seem to summon him far more often. (of course, if I commit to building Roy, he'll stop showing up, a la Eirika.)

- Welcome! If you are new to the game, it probably isn't super worthwhile to merge duplicates until you have enough feathers to promote a bunch to 5* (unless you have a bunch of duplicate 5*s in which case, jealous!) There's no need to level them up before merging them, you gain the same stats and the same amount if SP regardless, but you will want to check their IVs before merging to see if some are better than the others.
