I need to find a way to formulate this, but both on the created cws and in the cw shop itself, the sheer number of items in there that have no copies/batches left is insane.

On top of this, there's been several times where an item was freshly approved but did not appear on the first page (but rather on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th page, go figure), which is confusing and frustrating!

Honestly, a simple 'archives' page would be a lifesaver and de-clutter this whole mess.

To add to 's point also, I would really love the ability the permanently remove and 'archive' items from my cw shop which don't have any copies left anyway. As they are now, they show up in shop search as 0!

Yeah, I knew you'd get what I meant and I know if mine is unmanageable yours is probably computer destroying haha.

And yes - that is way better worded than my late night ramble haha.

Oooh I like this new layout! Is there any way to add some wishlist search option in the CW search?

i'm not saying no, but i will say not yet. because i'll have to think on finding a way to do it that's not too resource intensive since a lot of people have giant wishlists.

I'm on my phone so I have to wait a little longer to help test that page, but the info you just gave us about the changes (especially the being able to retire things to an archive page when we're no longer wanting to sell them ever) makes me so happy I could cry honestly ❤️

I'm so glad it was something possible to do and that you're working to get this stuff done for everyone. I know y'all have a lot on your plate as it is, but it really is amazing to see how much you listen to our feedback and try to incorporate things that are possible as much as you can. It's really very different from most sites and I think it's why there are a steady amount of loyal users who stick around.

well no promises just yet on the archive, i only said that part is a good idea! i hadn't looked at this thread and read what you said until i came to post that post, so it got a little addendum at the beginning of it lol. the only things i have actually already done (and again, they're done being coded but won't actually be actually pushed until all the other changes are in a month or two) is removing items you can't make batches for on the cw page, and removing sold out batched items on the cw shop page.

it's definitely a possibility, though! and i really do like the idea :)

@ grelca The fact that you're even thinking about looking into it is wonderful. Also removing the things that have no batches left is A+++++ because that will reduce my frustration (and others' too) by a lot all by itself. I don't mind that it's going to take some time to be implemented, because I honestly thought I'd be stuck with all the empty things all over the place forever.

[edit] Okay so, I tried on my phone and if I search things I just lose everything (like, nothing appears even if I delete the search terms) and I'm not sure if it's just my phone browser giving up hope or if that's an error on mobile (not using the mobile version of the site).

However! I just did it on my browser and it's working and ALSO BLESS THE SHOWING RECOLORS THING /dead

I figured that was the reason behind it xD

It loaded initially on my phone (I use an Android that has the latest update with Firefox for mobile, also fully updated), but then trying to search worked until I had the full item name in, then it wouldn't load anything anymore. Not sure what stopped it. If you need I'd be happy to also check Chrome for Android for you (just let me know after you've checked)!

hmm yeah it's working fine on my phone and ipad... if android turns out to be the culprit that is going to make this very hard to debug because amber, keith and i all have iphones :x

Checked again just now on mobile and it worked fine today on both Firefox and chrome for Android! Might have just had too much lag on the wifi yesterday!

I'm not sure if I read wrong, but you said that the database should show items that are not only just available in the CW Shops. I'm searching a couple of items that I have in my user shop and they don't seem to be showing up?
