I have spent SO much on baking supplies recently. My boyfriend cut me off from ordering Amazon packages with various baking supplies (various pans and cookie cutters mostly) after a particularly crazy week. There's just so many things I want to bake, and spices and extracts are expensive. Sigh... at least it's always worth it

I'm good at sharing! My new coworkers are very willing test subjects, so now I need to find new recipes to test out that travel well. Next big baking-related purchase will probably be an insulated bag. The trains get too warm for most things other than cookies to survive the trip nicely. Ah well.

Off to quest while waiting for laundry to finish. I have so much more cleaning to do, but I'm exhausted after a day full of science (and a couple of beers after the retreat lol). I'll finish stuffing trees hopefully tomorrow when I get home before 8pm

Dr Jeff Im glad Im not the only one the refers to them as grandson. My stepson has a black lab that I call my favorite grandchild and offer to babysit. He is also my only grandchild but he doesnt need to know thats why hes my favorite.

I haven't even made any cookies this year. Maybe tomororw night I'll make something.

I almost made cookies this weekend but I figured I was going to get enough sweets next weekend. I would end up taking them to work, where a lot of other people will be bringing in sweets so I just decided not to!

Havent made cookies yet but I did make a batch of 30 pepperoni rolls to give to the mechanics that got my car back on the road this morning

Thanks . Dog-sitting did go well. I was just very careful about feeding the dogs, and picked up all the chewy toys that were sitting around.

I wound up taking off from work yesterday to get some shopping done with Tom. Well, we wound up going out to lunch and never got to the shopping part. Oh, we did get a Christmas tree finally, at least.

I also missed day one of quest-a-thon, but will definitely find time to do some questing today. We're also planning to see Rogue One tonight too.

I need to quickly get through my quests today, have some cylinders to get pinned for a locksmith friend - keeps me busy and gives me spending money :) Then it's off to the most dreaded place ever...the mall! Ugh, 3 days in a row at that place, all for a pair of boots that Nicholas wants because apparently only Journeys now carries Doc Martins! We stopped in on Sunday and were told they didn't have them, yesterday I didn't stop in but called after we were home and was told they do have them, so today we're hopefully going to actually be able to buy them...lol.

Jenn I think they still have it. I never utilized it before but I will give it a try after I do some more questings today. I'll see how far I get.

I found out from yesterday that the pain in my mouth that I have been having are muscle spasms. Find it odd since my accident was a week prior but if that how my body wants to work then so be it. I just hope it settles down soon so I can eat my food properly.

Thanks for the link. I kind of find the amt of sp they say I spent is actually inaccurate since at least three gifts I gave were doubles that I had acquired over time.

Yeah, it's not gonna be accurate... but it's fun to see what the gifts are worth!

So we had a change of plans. Won't be going to the movies today, we spent too much money at the craft store and hubby has to put mins on his phone tomorrow. So we'll go Thurs since that's payday.
