Home today, so my goal is to get organized with baking and stuff. I only have 4 gifts to wrap... hoping to get more shopping done tomorrow. We shall see how much I get done today. I'm determined to be productive!!

Morning everyone.

I doubt I'll ever get the snowball achievement either. I hate throwing snowballs, and I hate getting pelted with them! I'm also too lazy to restock a ton of snowballs and throw them. Eh, I don't need to get all the achievements!

I'm tempted to bake some cookies today, but I don't really know if I want to! I'm on the fence. I know I'll get lots of goodies next weekend, so these cookies would really just be going to work. I'm sure plenty of other people are going to bring cookies in to work too. The day has just begun, so I have some time to decide!

If you noticed my HA was invisible its because I had to be in zombie mode to make alchemy stuff. I had spent a long time in there to where I'm almost level 20 now but I'm taking a break. Need more wereable coins and not quite sure about the layer cards.

I'll be taking a brake for awhile.

I haven't done anything with the alchemist. I haven't really done anything with baking either.

There are a lot of coins in the donation center. At least there were.

Well.... while it worked out and they get their tickets replaced for a flight last night... that flight was canceled :( I was on the phone with them when it was canceled so I had them immediately get in line as well as on the phone with SouthWest and had my daughter calling the hotel they stayed at. Every flight last night after 7 pm was canceled due to ice. They were trying to get on the earliest flights out but everything was pretty much sold out well before their flight was canceled, they tried getting destination airports switched but there weren't any straight through flights plus they were all 7 pm or later for today. They ended up with a flight from St. Louis to Orlando leaving at 5:45 pm...let's all hope they actually make it off the ground this time! My daughter is freaking out and just wants to be home - she's totally over the whole snow thing, lmao. Exams start this week, plus it's her last week of school since she graduates the 23rd. The good news is she doesn't have any exams on Monday and even if she missed them all she'd still pass, it'd just tank her straight A gpa..

I had planned on getting a start on my Christmas shopping, but so far that hasn't happened this weekend, looks like it'll be mid week before I get anything done - I hate waiting so late, too many rude pushy people...but with so much going on either with me or with the hubby it's the first opportunity we'll have because there's no way I'm doing all the shopping by myself again this year!

Ok, I have pipes to clean so I can get my inventory off the rolling racks and onto the new wall racks. Once everything is moved over the hubby can work on the racks for the others side of the room. So much work, just hope it's all worth it in the end :)

Sorry to hear about Ariana's travel nightmare! I hope this time it works out for her.

I spent 10 hours baking with my mom yesterday, so am pretty exhausted today. I think I'm going to take tomorrow off to go Christmas shopping.

That sucks the flight was canceled, but at least they got another one! Ice is the worst! Snow isn't so bad. It can be, but I think ice is worse. Hopefully she makes it home safely now.

We got about 8 inches of snow, which is less than what they were calling for. They were estimating 13 inches! Now we have the cold to deal with. Our high today is 0, which did go up from -2! Tomorrow it is going to be difficult to start my car. The low tonight is -12 and it will probably be around that temp when I go into work tomorrow. I am charging my battery jumper just in case I can't get my car started tomorrow.

Wow, poor Ariana! I bet she'll kiss the ground when she lands in FL!

Not doing too bad for being productive. I got my laundry going, dishes are soaking in the sink, and I have one gift boxed up, just need to wrap it. Gotta keep on moving :D

I do NOT like baking on Subeta! I love to bake in real life though :) Gonna get that done this week!

I rarely get Tempest....I love the storm pets! I don't know which pet I want to make storm. I have a lot of pets already. I think I have a loyalty box coming within the next couple months, so maybe I'll make a storm pet then.

Wow, that's cold . We had some rain/slush yesterday, and it started getting warmer as the night went on overnight - last I looked, it was 59 out (and rainy). I don't think it will last for long though - gotta check the weather for tomorrow.

Yeah, it went from like low teens with a strong wind a few days ago to like 32/34 yesterday with no wind, and even that felt warm. I was out doing a little bit of shoveling in a fleece with no gloves.

Wind is picking up now, so I guess we have cold air moving back in again.

I was 47 out early this morning when I woke up,now it is 26 and heading down.

I managed to finish the snowball chevvie the other day so glad that's done. While doing that I got a few tempest events

yesterday was so warm, I had to turn the air on. It got up to 75 in my house! Today, freezing rain, ice on my back porch. And I just turned my heat up lol. Ah, what's a gal to do?
