I winded up buying the jacket without realizing the price... oh pretty & don't have click... checked comments to discover what in the world? :o I'll definitely need to come up with an outfit for it cuz sitting in the wardrobe ain't gonna earn it's keep B)

I've been packing boxes past few days but today was a break. I went to my collective garden (we all share, potluck for lunches). It was lovely... rain and health had prevented me from going for about a month. Today became blimey hot so after 11 am I hid in the shade... I am like the coal mine canary with frail health. I was still able to help and I'm great at weighing things and math... we emphasize our strengths and others help with our weaknesses. It's my 3rd year with them and we have a core group of regulars.

Afterwards, I went to a large outdoor market (Atwater Market) and found a few plants for my competition garden. My poor cocktail tomato plant that I grew from seed died on me. They didn't have some so I got a black cherry tomato plant instead. I also got curry herb & some pesto basil (tastes like pesto & is a bush, doesn't flower).

I planted everything and came back after sunset to water the garden.

Right now the heat is tolerable. I'm hoping this summer is milder as last one was brutally hot... I need to be able to function cuz I need to pack & move!

I hear ya on the heat! I don't like hot, and anything above 80F is too hot for me lol. Give me snow any day. I actually dreamed of snow and ice last night now that I think of it LMAO. Guess I miss it!
