Charges have been filed and a detective is in the process of investigating it. Takes time especially when he has 30 different cases he's working on. Meanwhile she's out partying and posting videos of it on her Snapchat. Partying with my MOM'S money! Could take up to 30 days before they pick her up. Discouraging as I don't feel safe in my own home and yard while she's running around. On a good note I filed a report today against her for the money she stole from my account as well. It's separate report as the one for my Mom is considered Elderly Abuse and it's a different type of charge.
