Can you do other exercise so you can feel more active? I am trying to get some exercise in to improve my mood and sleep.
I'm on the hometrainer for 10 min {not longer yet for the ankle, started with 5 min} and i have about 5 exercise things i need to do with the food,
I am using a stationary bike. I should add other exercises but will build up to it.

I'm good! I've been recovering from an illness and haven't had pain in a few days, and I'm grateful. I just moved to Thailand and am in a rental for a month. I like the privacy! It's a bungalow. I've even started writing again since I'm feeling better! It feels nice. :) I'm excited to stay in one place for a while and get to know the city better!

Okay.. trying to get professional help again with my anxiety and such. But otherwise happy the weather is getting better again here, although it is a bit grey around here today.

A bit gray? Here i see only gray. And cold, they said it would be nice but it is only 10 degrees.

Still the same, Hope the weather will be beter soon so i can sit in the garden and get some vitamine D. And relax in the sun.

Next week will be good, i ony see a sun and even 21 degrees one day. I love blijdorp.
: Yeah, it has been a while since we visited (my husband and I) And then they were still remodeling.. so I wanted him to see it a bit more finished as well :P
