Pff they (broken garden couch) called me today. Telling me they orderd new stuff but could not say the whole couch or just the broken piece... pfff.... still no answer and when i will get it.

i know they are crap in costumer service.

it's a big drama.

So far i know as i had a call yesterday. 'we have ordered a new, we can not say what but as we hear back from the company where we ordered it we will let you know asap'.

Indeed the service is really shit

If i hear nothing on friday i am going to the shop on saturday. Lucky for me i saved all email and photo's.

You sure have to do that, and smart to keep everything. You're lucky it isn't the weather to sit outside now, otherwise you bought something and you couldn't use it

Love I don't think you hear something on friday because it's Kingsday. Not every shop is open then and if they open they possibly don't get deliverd goods on that day

Just got an email. Telling me i am getting a whole new couch. But they don't know (yet) when i will get it...

Happy Kingsday fellow dutchies! Not for me I am working. Last night it was King's night with loads of music, bit to hard for me. It was so loud I could not sleep in my bed..... Was quiet at midnight, I slept just 5 hours.. .

Good afternoon all! Got back from Bali in one piece and I bought a house. :o Not in Bali, but back where I live in Belgium. It is al going so fast!
