I have a showergel that smells like eucalyptus. Love to use it at moments like this
This is my last day of work for the semester. I will come back to work Jan 3. It is a nice amount of time off but I would love to have the money. ;)
For the holidays we used to put cinnamon sticks and cloves into a pan with water and let it simmer all day. It was nice but it would discolor the pan and after a while the cinnamon would smell burned. I should try cinnamon with the peppermint oil in the diffuser. It will make me think of mom.
I have cinnamon candle's love them. But i'm off to bed talk to ya girls tomorrow
Good night
Wow, off till january the 3rd! That's nice! I need to wait till march sadly xD

When holidays fall on days that I work, I miss out on the pay so that kinda sucks. If bad weather closes the school, then I get paid.
Do not worry, there is still plenty of time for the trees. :) Just take some rest and see you get better soon!
Hello everyone c: almost wanted to say goodmorning, but it's already 1pm XD
Lights do set a great mood!
You're really getting into them, aren't you :3
Oh concerning Harry Potter: which parts bother you about the books? And I definitely recommend discarding the Cursed Child. I haven't read it myself, but every single Potterfan I know and from reviews on YouTube, it's can only be a gigantic letdown.
Are you feeling a little better today?
You watched Fantastic Beasts? What'ya think? What's your opinion on the Cursed Child?
No not at all. I'm home now went to work but couldn''t go further anymore
: Hope you feel better soon. It must be the season, my fiancé is home sick as well.

Yes. When my birthday came along I didn't really know what to get myself so I purchased 20 dollars in CSC. It just went from there, lol.
It is not really a specific part of the books rather then some expressed views. When I was younger I loved how Gryffindor always won at the end of the year, now it just feels prejudiced and wrong. Like every Slytherin is bad and gets sent down to the dungeons at the great battle. Really? And there are numerous moments like this spread out throughout the series. And how about Voldemort tries to kill Harry just at the end of the schoolyear. Every year! Reading the books again, it shows that there is a clear gap between books 1-4 and 5-7. Like there was never meant to be a bigger story until the end of book 4, like she didnt really know where she was going. Books 1-4 can be read as single volumes. 5-7 show a more clear storyline. Although 5 needs editing. Badly. It is way too long with unnecessary sideplots. It just became very black or white to me as I grew up and it has made it obvious that it isnt really literature for grown-ups. Too much happy/favouritism Gryffindor. Not to mention the most horrible epilogue modern fantasy has ever seen...
//sigh// why did you go to work in the first place you silly woman! You obviously needed some extra rest. Don't make me come up there and take care of you!
Ah yes, gifting yourself is always fun. I usually gift myself by buying some art (either here or by putting down some real money). What is the CW you're most happy with (currently)?
Ah yes, I can totally see where you're coming from. Whenever Hendrik asks (and he has never read the books, only watched the movies) I always explain that the earlier books are a little more black and white, while the latter books are supposed to have more grey-area, but fails on certain subjects in that regard. The first few books are definitely more for teens, while she //tried// to grown with her readers during the latter books.
Oh gosh yes, I hate the epilogue. I always pretend it didn't exist. Why did no one tell her it was a horrible idea? It //might// even be worse than the idea that it was all a dream (there's a really interesting theory about that).
She did try to dial the favoritism back, but having Harry tell Albert that Severus was a good guy (like, not really, but sure) and how Slytherin would be a great option as well. But seeing as how that was in the worst epilogue ever, not sure it counts.
What I think I love about Harry Potter the most, is what it could have been (and what it is in my head).
Hmm.. It was my 6th year Subeta anniversary today.. I think I got the achievement.. but forgot to check my inventory directly after. Now I can't find my loyalty box anywhere?

I hope you get it soon. If not, you can put in a ticket.
: I made a ticket and got a loyalty box. Super fast response!

The flu is all around. At my work a lot of people are ill.
I know i shoudn't go to work. But couldn't leave my coleague all by her self. And i went to bed right when i got home. Tomorrow i also will try again. I don't want to be sick. Because in januari i need surgery
I have many I like, but the is definitely still one of my favourites. However, having said that, the one I use most is the . It is just so versatile!
Yes, that is true, but in that object the epilogue is just a really small band-aid on a large wound. And having Harry say those things to Albus actually feels out-of-character at that point. As if Harry, who has been through more than any other person alive, is the perfect dad. And oh yes, also the perfect husband and the perfect godfather. It is really toe- and finger cringing! Like you, I pretend the epilogue does not excist. It is both unnecessary and sickeningly perfect.
Yeah well, it has lost a lot of it's shiny for me as I have read many other fantasy series since and some - not all - are definitely of a higher quality then HP. I mean, it is nice and it will be a part of my childhood, but it really isnt up to par with Tolkien, GRR Martin, Neil Gaiman, Joe Abercrombie, Patrick Rothfuss,...
I loved the movie :) (but then again, I'm a small sucker for HP xD And it's also nice to see a different world then HP everywhere ;)
And yeah, the cursed child.. I'm about 3/4 of the book, but I don't really like it sadly. But I have to finish it though. A big part why I don't like it is because of the writing, I wish she wrote it like the other HP books, and not like a play, it just sucks a bit :')
