We're okay-ish! I think maybe the cold turned into ear infection so we're heading to the clinic as soon as it reopens. Bah. :(

Throw a ball! Throw a ball! :D I get usually 5 to 7 hours of sleep at night when I have to go to work. Closer to the 5 end when I have to open. How I lost 4 pounds? Didn't really start happening until I got my fitbit. I have it set to have me get to 180lbs by April. I think it reduced my calorie intake by 200 so I have been counting calories. And the more I workout, the more I am allowed to eat in calories! BAHAHAHAHA! Most of the time I'm under though. But in the long run might balance out since I love chocolate and bread. Give me those carbs! XD But yeah...that and I try to walk at least 30 minutes everyday...mostly only get 6 days a week here lately. Sometimes do squats. And go up the stairs a bit...which is only 2 steps so I go up and down each one 10 times at a time with one foot first then another. Then I do some squats, go back to the steps, and that. Cause I have a hard time just staying doing that because my legs will give out from the stress of those 2 workouts. I even bought a size MEDIUM! IN A SKIRT! From Goodwill...doesn't quite fit but I was able to get it on. I think it the entire band was elastic, it may have actually fit. But hopefully I'll eventually fit into it. And it was only $3.79. And it was a Maurice's skirt. :D Bought a large in another skirt which I'm not so sure isn't slightly too big but it fits better than some of the other skirts in my closet but not as long. It's black with some velvet on it. :D Had to have it. 14/16 pounds isn't a lot of weight to loose. You couldn't probably do that in a couple of months. I'm trying to lose almost 40lbs in total. After I hit my goal, CELEBRATION! Because 180 was my weight in high school...and honestly...I have learned that most people think I actually wear that now even though I don't. So I must be fat in the "correct" way? XD And I might start getting better workouts because Rosaria has invited me to go with her to the gym because she pays to be able to bring a friend. So as long as I go with her, I can get in for FREE!!!! BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Still need a sports bra though. I bought some pants I could wear the other week. Did buy some active bras but they aren't necessarily a sports bra. Need better shoes too. I have walk/run shoes by easy spirit but those are my comfy at work shoes and well...daily shoes for the most part so I don't want to kill them. T_T And I can just wear a baggy tshirt that I can't actually wear for anything else. Don't need anything different there...although would prefer tanks...I get hot really easily.

I got a surprise today. My author's daughters, , and , came and picked Weldon and me up to go to Tioga-Sequoia Brewery in downtown Fresno because Oktoberfest has started. Welly and I shared a bierrock and a pretzel, then we had a corn-brat ( it's like a corndog made from a bratwurst, then a funnel cake. I had a Rush Hour beer ( dark espresso stout ) and then later I had a dark lager called a Seinfeld. Wow, these humans know how to brew ales and beers.

Stephanie's pups Olivia and Danny had a rootbeer that was simply divine. Poppy Wheezle and his Famous Wheezle Brew now really has some stiff competition for my affections as far as beer and ale are concerned. There was a biergarten band with tuba, accordion, fiddle, and drums, and they played all the old German drinking songs including my favorite, "Du Du licht Mir im Herzen" ((That's the name of a song do not freeze my account because I put the name of the song here!! ))

I would never drink and drive anything, even a boxcar racer. I am a very responsible drinker. Everything in moderation. (except, perhaps, cookies)

We are going today, but I will tell everyone about it tonight :)

Thank you!! Let me tell ya, those poems were hard to come up with! I used the website called Shadow Poetry to figure out how to write each one. When GR puts out a challenge, she really makes it want to pull your hair out hehe. Nope, Lucretia's hair is brown, and tawny means orange-brown or yellowish-brown color. Those poems were for four girls who liked the same guy (a bard), but he was only using them. If I remember correctly, the bards had to come up with poems or songs for the girls from him to get them off his back.

Sounds like a grand time! I'm hoping to go to an Oktoberfest this year too. Ah yes, I have heard that song too, while living in Germany and also around the festivals here in the states when we were able to go to them.

i did really well on my internet usage, and went to that (illegal) unnamed place and watched both wonder women and guardians of the galaxy.

i have to check. if i still have over 20 mgs, i might go and watch Atomic Blonde or Valendairn...(how ever you spell it, it's a star wars like movie) since my internet usage "re-ups" tomorrow. (or the day after? when ever. close enough)

Oh yeah, that Velerian/Valerian/Velarien/ movie. It looked really cool, even though I think it bombed (?) Well some movies just don't get a lot of promotion and I think it may have suffered from that. I remember only seeing ONE commercial for it, and about 500 for Wonder Woman and IT :D

you're probably right but ya know I figured I'd own up to it, lol. I put on a panda one too. Not sure what other ones were there but I'll tell you one thing, the panda head squished my damn nose. I couldn't breathe. I had to move it up, lol. I was like well that would such to try and go to a party or trick or treating and it's squishing your nose.
