Hiya! Tomorrow Emma is getting her one on one grooming done by a lady that has groomed nervous dogs before. I think it'll be better this way instead of making her go to Petsmart and she gets scared as soon as we walk into the salon. I get to stay the whole time and see if Emma does alright, when it's only one person and only her in the room.

First time it was for a full month, then it sat unused while I was preparing for the Steampunk World's Fair and when I finally got back on it- it was still fracked up. They kept it for two more weeks, handed it back saying they fixed it. Nope. Now they say they need to send it off to fix the keyboard because it obviously was something I did according to them. Not only that, but having to deal with a sexist (and knows it takes a HELL of a lot for me to utilize that) that kept talking down to Jessica (friend that came with to drop it off) and me. He was so bad that he only stopped talking down to us when he muttered something about what the problem was to himself about it being the software (like we said it may be) causing the problem- he made another guy finish up with us because he turned white as a sheet and avoided even eye contact with us. Still ticked. They admitted they did nothing while at the same time fixing it that second time. ?!?! So mad still. Sorry, I suddenly vented without provocation. My bad.

GeekSquad has not been good to me and there are other computer places around. They cost more but that would be worth it. Or I can ask to ask her dad to look at it. The lack of back light to the keyboard it driving me nuts- she knows how dark we keep the house. Been tempted to buy a wireless lighted keyboard it annoys me that much. I literally cannot see the individual keys most of the time. Good thing I type well. Making back ups for a computer is not difficult- just time consuming.

We're going to Fort Smith State Park in Arkansas and stay in the cabins there and Saturday is the family reunion. My mom's side. It'll be a nice little get away for awhile.

Something they did or something they did that is easily fixed as just finding where you need to allow it to do it in the operating system/program. Otherwise they unhooked the light. Or the light died.

raises hand I'll be moving stuff for years at this rate with how low the amount I can put IN shops is. :P In some ways, the new shops are nicer, but the moving part is a pain in the tush.
