It's funny, I thought my vampire characters were going to be Russian, and now all I can hear is an Irish accent when they are talking. Mmmm. Accents. Me like-y. To be fair I guess I'm going to do my research on Irish mythology and figure some things out. I've given them this hierarchy system in place for the royals ... they buy and sell slaves once a year depending on their "needs". It made sense to me when I thought they were Russians....not sure why....but now if they are going to be Irish I don't know. I spose I could always make up my own mythology for it....well, I might as well since I already have for the nymphs. I'm sick of them getting hated on, they deserve some respect darn it! lol.

I've never really had this problem of waking up randomly 2 hours before I have to get up. I'm sure that it is partially my CPAP machine's fault. The hose disconnects sometimes and I have to fix it. And then it will sometimes beep at me, which I then have to get up and unplug it and then plug it back in so it stops beeping. Stupid machine. I probably need a new one. I've had it for....at least 6 years now. Kind of afraid to go and get another sleep test done. My friend did that and she was told that she tested "out" of it and didn't need a machine anymore. I wouldn't mind not needing one, but after awhile you get used to it and then there's the fear that if you stop breathing while you're sleeping that you won't wake up.

I ALREADY sound like an old person!!!! Seriously. When it gets really cold, I can feel it in my bones; wrists, knees and ankles. When it gets humid I can feel it in my forearms, wrists and fingers. I can't stand loud noises because of my sinus pressure and sensitive ears. Every time I hear someone at the library I want to shush them, and when kids are screaming at work, I want to turn to the parents and say, "isn't there something you can do about the noise in here?" Even someone laughing loudly too close to my ears can be painful. I know. I'm 34 going on 80.

ok. On MY computer, its the 4th row down, 3rd one "in". now, when you layer the lips, you'll have that "full pouty" look. I also use the "big" lipsticks ie: and the and the as a bottom layer (on top of the "base" lips) then, latelly, i've been adding in one of the newer Delish lips. only because they're "clear" but they change the "shape" of the lips. (like "open" or "crooked")

i also use the purple eyes, but then i layer it with the "bright eyes" and then use reapers "spilled" souls on top of it. along with the body stuff, and the blushes, i get a "face" that's not so "round" but i admit, that the body stuff is all cw stuff.

heh. i'm into "russian" also. but NOT FOR REAL since most of them are assholes. even though IN REAL LIFE i knew a women who escaped from russia. she was the SWEETEST person alive.

heh. no fair me having to pick. I like BOTH accents. it depends on the "character" if he has to be "tough, mean, BEAR" then he needs to be russian. but then. you know they "merged" quite a bit. (russian and irish)

Thank you. I've noticed your lips for a few months now. It's been killing me not knowing how you've layered them. The only way I can kinda sorta get full lips is by using the Delish gentle and Delish clever lips layered together with clever on top. And then whatever else. My new one has several lips on right now. Those are my favorite features to draw, so I like them big and expressive. :) Sounds like I'd fit right in with you in Bal'mor. I like that. hehe. "Bal'mor". Sounds like a city from Lord of the Rings. Oooh, Aragorn.....mmmm. Viggo Mortensen is awesome.

Oh yeah Hidalgo was good too! OMG!!! In G.I. Jane he was the drill sergeant or whatever, the guy that was training them. Very intense role for him. Least I think so anyway. Oh and I liked him in 28 Days or something with Sandra Bullock. But he got type-cast for awhile as the "lover/other guy" type thing. Remember "A perfect murder" with Gwennyth Paltrow?

haha, I've done that before in the past. I went and slotted the wrong number of people and suddenly I was like 'oh crap' so I gave my slot away and then was like 'I wonder if I can buy my own copy....' lol. So, that's how I found out xD;

and the best "punishment" we have ever found for older kids is to take away their bedroom door. We did this with my oldest son a few years back (probably about 5 or 6 now that i think about it) when he was just digging in his heels and refusing to do his part around the house. It was amazing how quickly he realized that just doing his chores and not being a jerk would get him his privacy back. The funniest part about it was that it wasn't the husband or I barging in on him that bugged him(which we didn't do cuz we aren't that bad)...it was the fact that the little ones could roll right up to his doorframe and see what he was doing (read, playing on his computer) and then spend the next several minutes talking to him about little kid stuff he didn't care about...and there was no barrier to put between them! One time, smallest boy crawled right up in bed next to him when he was trying to sleep in. It was actually quite adorable, but it was not what an early teen wants happening. That is the "I've hit my limit" response though. Before that, I'm right there with you Heather...the electronics are taken away. You would swear that I was depriving them of oxygen when I take their tablets away from them. But for the most part, my kids have been really good about when I have a bad migraine day and asking for very little from me/helping around the house. Just the other day I had a bad migraine day and precious littlest boy (who's 6) was so sweet! He poured himself and his little sister some cereal and I heard him tell her, "We can't have milk with this because it's too full and heavy for me and Mom has a bad headache. But it's ok. It tastes good dry too." I had to drag myself into the kitchen to get them some milk after hearing that, but it was really sweet of him to do.

Anyway....good luck with your small people (and your MiL) and I agree with Witchy....make em help out!! You need to take care of you so you can get better :)

already lost the door and he has to share a room with the 4 yr old anyway. The 8 yr old and the baby have to share a room... Has not phased them in the least! My kids can be little asshole. With the oldest it's so hard because his emotions aren't like the other kids... aren't like most kids actually.

I feel you...my almost 12 year old shares a room with littlest boy, so losing his door wouldn't do much to him either. No matter what though, I am sending you happy thoughts for a speedy and full recovery and also positive parenting vibes in hopes that your kids will take it easy on you :)

I swear y'all i am f***ing cursed! What more can go wrong you ask, how about 3 of the 4 kids are sick. Fever, nausea, [2 are vomiting] sore throats, tonsils all swollen, heat rash (God let it just be a heat rash) i can't get up and move around quickly so yeah my BRAND NEW COUCH got covered with puke, here I was trying to clean it up and the poor little guy Blake just kept puking EVERYWHERE! From the living room all the way across the house he threw up like every 3 steps. Guys I'm literally in tears. I've been taking care of kids all night long, it's 4 am and I'm FINALLY getting to lay down. Please please please if you pray send up some prayers for me, I don't know how much more I can take before I crack!

Oh and you want a bonus, look at my damn ankle! I went to wash the vomit off me and unwrapped it to find it even more swollen than when I first did it on Saturday! he had to work late. Then he cooked dinner, since it was killing me to try to stand at the stove, we ate... he went to shower and all Hell broke loose. He had to be in bed by 9 pm so I was left with 3 sick kids crying in my lap... Blake fell asleep and I had the oldest Raydon (thank God he isn't sick) carry him to bed. Then i hobbled and carried Andi to her crib, came back rocked Evin, he was almost asleep when Andi woke back up. Hobbled back to get her, rocked them both, she finally crash at 315 sent Evin to my bed, washed puke off me, and now I'm in bed, worrying and unable to go to sleep.
