Hooray, I have reached level fifteen in Fantine's Baking game and made the recipe there! There is only the one thing to bake at that level, no way am I baking that one one hundred times to get to level sixteen. Time to shove all my extra flour salt eggs milk and sugar into my shop and get rid of it all.

I had to choose if I was gonna spend the holiday gap reading catch-up on books to my pets or doing baking before Vesnali started. If I had known how high the burn percentage was gonna be I would have chosen books.

Has anyone ever destroyed Fantine's equipment? This happened to me twice, and both times it took me a while to realize that there is a link to give her the replacement items in her red font complaint. The link is not a different color on my computer, and I'm wondering if that's my own CSS doing that.

Oh yeaaa speaking of when does Vesnali start.. Don't let them start during my trip on the plane...xD

So much for "promises" of forever, right? UN voted this week that Israel is NOT sovereign over Jerusalem. Talk about not righting wrongs....

I'm ridiculously fond of all my Achievements and have BURNed quite a bit of sP to do those, so the error in baking doesn't bother me as much. Most of the foods that are Baked by this method do not sell for more than their ingredients even if you restock them yourself, IMO, so it's a sP burn in more than one way. It think it gets worse, in that I think at level 1 if you do a level 1 recipe you have a 25% burn chance, but at level fifteen I was getting pretty close to a burn rate of forty percent on level fifteen recipes.

Anyways, I don't really do the Battle Coliseum with my weaker pets, even though it''s still fun to do this. Just no time or finger power to clicky, so me reading books to all of them would be a similar sP-burn.

The UN is appallingly anti-semitic IMO. Many nations do more horrible things than Israel, but no resolutions find their way to them. Shame on them and the UN.

I mean, if you're going to blow sP, it might as well count for something useful, like being able to get her a good job and learn more spells. all of my pets are already at maximum levels in their preferred jobs and have enough AP to stuff enough scrolls into their brains to fight challengers that match their Tier. Reading to them would just be to say that I did and to make the topics of dinner table conversation at my secret underground Omen Islands lair more erudite overall. I mean we already know we are going to take over the world engage in world optimization so that subject doen't have much legs until phase III comes to fruition.. Procrustes being the pseudopodic blob that she is is kinda disgusting to watch eat so the more elevated the conversation the better, really.

TPTB have threatened to make Achievements for Fantine Baking so I want to be ready. I think it is quite sensible for a furry critter to worry about fire. Magie is Hydrus Aeanoid and pretty much has ink jets and water jets and all the arms full of fire extinguishers so as long as she is Active I'm OK with the risk at Fantine's. (I think she's spent a little too long as a zombie given how unconcerned she is that her kitchen regularly catches on fire, TBH) . I mean it's not like the time when Cheri frost-heaved our own version of the Baths with her own Glacierness anyways, that was a mess.
