Been kind of warm here. I would love some cooler weather! I've been able to wear my sweater in the mornings and whatnot, but I tend to take it off later. I'm doing school online :) Traffic down where the campus is would be hell by the time I get off work, so trying to schedule that is just not worth the headache. Not much really going on for me right now. Been trying to watch I eat again, and that is going well so far...we'll see how long I keep it up again xD Good habits are so much harder to build than the bad ones, lol.

I can see how that would be scary. Taught my daughter to watch how others drive when you're getting into learning so you can see a lot of the automatic things they do that they forget to share.

I would definitely prefer online courses than dealing w/ crowds and especially traffic.

So, mom changed an appt she had today because of the weather forecast and I hate worrying about driving in bad conditions. Waking up I see the roads are fine and we totally could have gone. It's rescheduled for April 18th. :( Stupid weather people overhyping again.

I'm with taarna, I want masq to start. Broke down and put on an outfit with a mask just incase it starts when I'm not around.

We got so far about 2 - 3 inches. Only sticking to the grass and sidewalks. All blacktops are clear. What kind of seeds? You doing flowers or veggies? Yeah, why is processed food and bad for you food often so much less expensive than whole foods that are healthy? It's really frustrating. Not to mention that grocery prices have been steadily rising so our bills keep going up.

Grats on trying to eat better. Good habits are really difficult to build. Especially if you're trying to break a bad habit you've had for eons. For me I find it really difficult with others around. Too many comments about what I'm changing and it often turns into nagging or sabotaging because they focus on it as well rather than just letting me be.

Ugh, that is not fun. I got it last summer and does like to linger. Get lots of rest and make sure you get those lungs clear! hugs

About the same here. It's always hyped up, so I generally don't watch the news (but always hear about it from others).
Right now I've got a couple veggies and basil started (gawd I love basil), but since you mentioned the flowers, I should go ahead and start some of those, too. Generally I just seed in late April w/ both (separate gardens) but it can be really hit or miss w/ them and by the time I see anything, it's a little late to start new seeds. That's why I wanted to try them out ahead of time this year. Flower seeds... next on the agenda. :P That's a long wait for the next appointment. :(

We pretty much gave up on gardens here. Rotten soil. Most of what we've planted over the years just doesn't grow. Or it gets eaten by the rabbits and deer. It for my mom's eye doctor. He's always super busy and she always has to make an appointment far ahead of time. We were supposed to go Monday but they called last month to change it. If they hadn't changed it in the first place we'd have been fine.

Jeez. Must be limited options?

I was thinking that about my soil too... ton of pebbles and even sand so that was another reason for starting early. I have a few options to get the soil balanced and fed (including the use of borax) so that it's more conducive to plants, but after having years of plantings, it's definitely improved already. I need to get more into composting, too.

Forgot to mention.. I always love going to your profile to see what interesting things you've layered together. :D

Morning Everyone! We have a dusting here! It's just enough that I get to look at the pretty snow, but shouldn't hinder driving and the like. It is still snowing right now, but supposed to warm up and it's not sticking to the roads anyhow. It's too warm for them I guess.

- We had a lot of flowers come up this year, but most came up in February and then didn't like the few cold spells we had. D: So we aren't sure if they will try and bloom again or if we just have tons of green flower stalks and such that are never going to bloom! Whenever you get a profile idea, just let me know!

well I seem to be better after I've been up about 30 minutes. but that cough is awful

Hi to all here too we've got bad weather that is very unusual for the season. Media always exaggerate the forecast in order to create sensational news, so I never mind to them but I always follow a methereology forum because weather forecast fascinate me, and what they say is always correct. ( not like my english lol)

people often don't understand that we are free to choose what is the best for us and always criticise because everyone think to have the thruth in their pockets, feel free to do what you trust, if you are better just smile and say thank you for your interest on me. I'm following the paleo diet also for my husband desease and have the few people I know against me expecially my family doctor that is my cousin, but I don't mind because I and we are feeling better and this is our life! I wish you good luck with the new habits ❤

I'm having really bad moments in this period so I'm not on so much, just doing battlequests and trying to sell every precious item I own in order to save for the Wanda memento. Yesterday just spent one whole hour in the wardrobe trying to make a nice avatar for masquerade but I have no head, so I started to do something manual ( an easter decoration for the door) , that makes me not thinking. have a nice day :*

Glad to hear your garden is doing well so far! Yeah, the freeway to get to the university is notoriously bad, and I just don't want to deal with it x) As for the healthier eating, I totally wish stuff was cheaper! All I've been doing is more portion control of what we already buy than anything. Especially on the pasta...gotta watch the pasta xD

I hate when people start nagging and making comments when we are trying to make healthy changes -_- Then I get even more annoyed when later, after I've given up, they suggest doing the same thing because now it's a good idea. So not helpful.
