It's a vicious cycle. You get your new baby and you feed it Gulp's eggs. Then you start training it. Then you teach it to walk by throwing into battle. You get more eggs as loot, but your baby is too big for them. Now you need a new pet to feed those eggs to so you don't waste them.

Ah darn I just realized that my pet is tier 4 and can't make use of those battle eggs if things reset. Ah well, not the end of the world.

- less than an hour? A big improvement from last time. Although I don't really understand why any cache should be that backed up. Computers are usually fast! Glad you now have your new title and signature. :-) By the way, I love the new signature - sooo funny!

- ouch! Still as you have discovered doing daily BQs all that EXP adds up - so just ignore those nasty guys and keep up the good work. The way you're progressing you will be defeating them regularly before you know it and you will have the last laugh. :-)

- it could work out that way. I'm hoping that there won't be very many eggs left after getting a fourth pet. One set is good for eating in case I ever want a gourmand. And I suppose, I could somehow force myself to delete them. This time around, I was actually considering a new battle pet before I got the eggs, so of course I immediately thought I should save them - just in case. :-) Do you wind up using all your extra eggs for those pets you raise for others?

- you could always get one more pet - or start training one of your others. My baby battler, Gulp, turned T4 just as I was starting to get eggs for her. I wound up with a couple I've been saving in case I start one more battle pet. Can't quite decide yet what to do.

Nah one for me is good enough. I used to have many battle pets but since I came back I only have one now. I told myself to stay out of battling but I realize I just can't... haha no matter how hard I try. But yeah one pet is plenty for me now. :)

- sounds like one battle pet is just right for you. I can understand that. I only wanted one pet in the first place. Both Tharg and Gulp were made because of special events. Tharg was when we were asked to create a pet, and Gulp because I need to feed a pet and both of mine were stuck in the resort. (Hence, her bad pun name. :-) ) But after I had them, somehow I just had to train them ... Guess it worked out well for me since Guip has been my big prize winner in the last two boss battles. Glad you decided not to totally stay out of battling though, it's nice to see you here. And you can always take it at your own pace so you are able to enjoy what you do. After all this is a game and is supposed to be fun. :-)

the Witch? then there are a few opponents for lower tiered pets like Scary Singer, Killer King, and Skeletal Warrior but yeah we have outgrown them at this point and don't need the serum for them anymore. (My T7 pet still needs it for Killer King though :P)

Hey guys, can I ask you something entirely else about item hunt? How much did you spend to reach level 100 - or is it easier to just buy Swashbuckle?

I agree with . We actually had a discussion a few pages back about this and from my personal experience with Item Hunt I'd rather buy Swash and do IH quests to recoup the investment. I think it's hardly worth it now because CSC has increased so much in price.

I don't know if I'll ever complete IH now, honestly. Not as long as Chase keeps asking for things that cost like 20-30 mil. I might eventually get lucky and he'll ask me for some cheaper things in the level 90-100 range, but that doesn't seem like it will happen any time soon.

I bought a swash recently because I needed the weapon to clear the Raging Storm Sylph. IH is nicely profitable when you quit the moment he asks for stupidly expensive items, and even if I was willing to throw csc and millions of sP at him you can only do Item Hunt once now. So completing it means no more nearly free money from Chase.
