I try to do as well when I can ^^ I also do Pay It Forward... if someone wants to help when I helped them and I don't need the help then I encourage them to help someone that needs help in the future. I also on occasion give hugs to bus drivers ;)

It would be interesting what type of drops she would have... but probably a super high level since her things are pricey. got that while doing a quest ^^

Just dropping in to say hello to everyone.

I see a lot of discussion about Maybel. For what it's worth, I was able to easily get 5 wins with Gulp (my T6) and also managed 5 wins (plus a couple of losses) with 81 (my T5). Gulp should be able to reach 10 wins easily and I'm pretty sure that 81 can do it if I upgrade my weapon mods.

She isn't too hard if you manage to keep from getting frozen so Parched mods (preferrably Baguettes) can be a big help.

Good Luck to anyone trying to beat her.

I didn't have any problem with Maybel until I got to my lower level pets and she kept freezing them. Will have to try some again later.

I only battled Maybel with one pet. I'm lazy, so battling with weaker pets and changing out the weapons, etc, isn't something I really want to do. That, and I have been slacking on training them, too.

Zazy, my strongest pet after Poukie, is t4. If she would be t5 she might have been able to pull it off but it just isn't working. Parched baguette mod would help but Poukie beat her so I'm ok with just that. I don't want to remodify weapons and then have to modify again back to original state. I don't consider myself a hardcore battler, a medium one yes but more relax ;) (wink)

edit: I just bought happy happy ^^ I edited my wishlist for battle taking into consideration the new set I have. I think it makes sense or are there some things that should be added/removed?

I went to the Contemporary Art Museum of Montreal for the first time today. The weather was horrid to get there, but I did enjoy myself. We got a guided tour of the Leonard Cohen exhibit. He's the one that wrote the song Hallelujah and is not only Canadian, but also was born in Montreal ^^

I'm not as great with advising for the lower tiers, but it looks like a lot of those items are things that would be used throughout your battling career since they're healers and blockers and things. Good stuff to aim for one day!

Great :) They'll be long-term goals. I have a few weapons waiting for me at higher levels... mostly t7 & one at t9. It'll take time but I'll get there ;)

You'll get there sooner than you think if you keep up training and BQs and stuff!

And congrats on your new scroll too! It's not a bad one to have, especially since it's pretty cheap right now.

I'm managing to get on average near 17 for BQ, depends on the challengers. Poukie can handle 2 of them now. If I get her strength & hp high enough she might be able to deal with a few more but that's long-term goals. Luckily, I'm patient ;)

I'm very happy to hear that your cat is pulling through. At 2 they still have a good amount of energy, but it sounds like you're well equipped to keep him preoccupied. I managed to knit today with Gismo on my lap. He tried a little to chew the yarn but not much and eventually fell asleep. He's 11... they do calm down with age ;)

Hey and Hi everyone! Been super busy, so sorry if I have not gotten around to responding to everyone/anyone that contacted me in some way. It is the end of the school semester so it is that crazy time when I have to help Emily get everything finished for all of her classes. Thankfully she is only behind on a couple of assignments. She had been confused about them and needed some extra help. Finals (if she has to take any) are next week, so more craziness to come lol.

we can't believe how lucky he's been so far! i think 2 brushes with death is quite enough for one kitty, hopefully he can stay out of trouble from now on. good to know! my last cat lived to about 16, so hopefully these boys will have good long lives too ^^ they love to supervise whatever crafty thing my mum or i are working on too if they are on our laps! Hikaru loves chewing knitting needles (well, that and anything else he can get his chompers on including my laptop and phone lol), but once they've settled in we can stitch in peace. it's lovely to have a furry lap warmer ^^
