Yup! added Sounds right up my alley!! You watching on Netflix?
We had freezing rain pretty bad today and I parked my car on the road because of the contractor's truck and trailer needing to be at the top of the driveway. It was so icy but I was determined to park inside! :P It's sloped so it took me 10 tries to get to where the truck/trailer were parked (hardly any ice there) and from there I was able to back into the garage! Tenacious (or stubborn- either works!) LOL

Not all those who wander are lost ~ JRR TolkienWe have Comcast and all of the first season episodes are on demand. Glad you got your car in safely :) OMG I thought I had finished this post and posted it lol. I am distracted by Emily playing her new Kingdom Hearts game.
i like that KH isn't in chronological order. the series is pretty dark...
...it's been feeling 10degrees below the actual temperature here because of rain. fog was haunting this area for a couple of days. Sky's all clear, now that humidity is gone
It is kinda confusing. I think right now she is playing Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. We are not really sure what is going on. She is trying to beat this flying pain in the butt, and all I hear is her yelling at him lol.

hope you are all okay!

I don't play. A friend's younger sister is always playing/ replaying some form of the series when I'm over so it's been spoiled for me. :P The younger sis likes Aqua's voice actress.
waves back Hi :) Doing good. Just trying to get back into routine after my daughter had a 4 day weekend.
It is a great game and Emily really loves playing it. I am just glad she found something that she really enjoys and makes her so happy :D She was playing the Tron legacy world last night and I really thought Jeff Bridges had done the voice, but I was wrong.
I'm really not a big fan of online games becuse I usually end up with random people friending me just because I was in the same area of the map as them. There are certain quests on Destiny that I know I will never finish because they require a group of players and matchmaking isn't available for specific parts of the game. I have some games that have multiplayer as well as the main storyline of the game, like Dragon Age Inquisition, and I've only tried the multiplayer part out once. I've got a PS3, PS4, Wii, 3DS (but I really want to upgrade to the New 3DS), Gamecube, NES, and a Dreamcast. I really need to get more games for my Gamecube and Dreamcast but I can only find games online. I know Target had no New 3DS's of any kind after Christmas. Whenever I do upgrade my 3DS XL, I'll get the New 3DS XL, mainly because I like having the bigger screen (less squinting)
I love Yoshi! I always pick Yoshi when I play Mario Kart or Mario Party! My husband makes fun of me for it, but then I kick his butt in the game. I started out playing Super Mario and Duck Hunt on the NES. I always got so frustrated because I could never make it through all the levels that my brother would breeze through on Super Mario.
I actually haven't rented games from Redbox, but my husband and I have rented movies. I had to check their website to see how long the rental is. The max you can keep a game rental is 23 days, but you'll be charged $69 and can keep the disc. i think with Redbox, you get charged for each day you keep the rental, but it's been awhile since i rented a movie from them.
~ I have the Legend of Zelda themed 3DS XL. Do you like the Pokemon games? Sun & Moon were a lot of fun to play. I have played every RPG Pokemon game since they came out.

Emily and I never play online games. She has her own issues, but I just don't wanna deal with people lol. Too many jerks out there in the universe. We just like to stick with the regular game play. Emily has a 3D XL. I deff like the bigger screen! Emily loves all of the mario kart games. She is more into racing then I am. Yikes! I think I will avoid Redbox as long a possible lol.
I wish I had the Pikachu themed 3DS. I have Pokemon X, my husband used to have Pokemon Y, but then he traded in his 3DS and the few games that he had. We had been playing our copy for days, then we started trading Pokemon around that we needed. I think I still have a few eggs that I need to hatch! I also have Pokemon Yellow (the Pikachu one for Gameboy) and some of the Mystery Dungeon games. I've got a few other Pokemon games as well, but can't remember which ones. I've been playing Animal Crossing and Happy Home Designer quite a bit recently, and haen't played any other games on my DS.
I don't like online games that have a chat system that you can't mute. In Destiny, as far as I know, you can only talk to people if you are in a party or group with them. The few times I playd Call of Duty, i was always muting the chat. I don't like dealing with other people either in online games. I played Destiny over the weekend and I got very annoyed when other players started following me around and killing things before I could get to them.
Now that i've have the bigger screen, its werid to go back to the small screen. I still have my DS Lite and DSi XL. The screen on the DS Lite is teeny tiny compared to the XL screens! I love Mario Kart games if I have a controller with thumbsticks. I'm terrible at racing with the Wii remote, I always over-correct or turn too sharply. My husband and I can get pretty competitive in Mario Kart. We've got Super Mario Smash Bros (the older one) and I always end up mashing buttons when I play. Sometimes I do well and other times not so well.
The only times I've used Redbox, are when I have a code for a free rental. My husband and I have gotten maybe 5 codes for free Redbox rentals, but we only keep the movie for an evening and return it the next day so we aren't charged a thing. I understand that its convenient, but I would rather pay a flat rental fee for a set amount of days, rather than get charged by the day.
I used to play WoW but actually I am not a raider.
I made a lot of good friends there - some of which i still use to visit regularly.
But I am not good at games like that one

Wish the DS-line wasn't so fragile. it's past warranty and the hinge at the [R] button is always first to break. It's a domestic mobile now x_x Every DS I've owned breaks this way
I don't like the loud camera-click on the 3ds. it's to prevent stalkers/ non-consensual photos being taken but the only pictures I take are game related so it gets annoying because camera shutters are a natural attention magnet in public space.
"friend" is thrown around really lightly online. Friend bombers just want to "collect people."
I've played a lot of MMOs in the past but it stresses me out thinking about the social aspect / bad runins with strangers. it's a bit ironic to run into antisocial folks on multiplayer. I started to like the minigameish ones where there was no chat system xD or you could only use default messages provided
Oh that would really annoy me too! I would give up lol.
Yeah I deff need a good controller when I play games. I get fuddled up enough as it is when I have to think quickly. Especially when there is a dang timer involved!
My problem is I rent a movie from there and sure enough I end up in a mad dash trying to return it on time lol. It never fails!
I have never played WoW. It looked interesting, but never got around to trying it.
My daughter broke the screen on her first one, so far the second one is holding up really good. That is because she can't actually find it right now :P
I never really wanted to play an MMO because I don't want other players to have to rely on me to be a great gamer. I try really hard, but sometimes you and sometimes you don't. I don't want to be the one to make anyone else lose if we have to be in a group. I just want to worry about me lol.
you've not really missed something important It's just a huge time consuimng thing.
And it's binding since you need to do a lot of activities in groups with 2 - 24 other people.

I have enough time consuming things lol. 24 ppl?!? I could not handle that at all. I will just stick to relaxing on here :D
yeah that can be stressy. You can do some things on your own but if you want to see everything sooner or later you'll have to join a group

I am the type of person that wants to see everything in a game. A "leave no stone unturned" type of player. My daughter is the opposite. Her strategy is to run past the bad guys and get to the next part. That is why we both play her Kingdom Hearts game. She does the exciting stuff, and I do the heavy lifting of leveling up and searching areas lol.
haha that perfectly describes my outlook. if it's a group thing I somehow feel more drained because there's always those quests that are like "you have to be in a party" when I read that i see "you will not complete this." I don't bother strangers that I need a person to join me -- the only exception being MapleStory pre2010 because it pretty much asked for you to do a sequence of puzzles with people, Repetitively. People usually knew what to do otherwise were really immature and impatient about someone else who didn't autonavigate like a cog. The worst afk'd, didn't listen/understand/cooperate ultimately holded the whole group up on these timed missions. Party-Questing was highly beneficial over individual level grinding (monster slaying) so it was a lot of headbutting.
If I bought it, I better inspect every nook and cranny. Don't forget post game achievements. A friend complained that me and a buddy actually overplay games (it's his defense for playing too many titles at once to fully concentrate on one complete story, he's kinda spoiled and can afford a few titles at the same time and only complained after my buddy made him look ignorant on a few a games they both played) :P.
