The rules and guidelines have been updated. I believe Gemma is just making sure they are concise and clear so there is no more confusion. I know that she got me to read over them and we discussed some changes. They are a lot better than before. I think those will be released with the denial reason she was talking about above.

Thanks you for taking the time to update us as to what has happened behind the scenes. With so little progress that we can actually see, it's hard to not think this is just being completely neglected.

I hope they are released sooner versus later, it's definitely ideal to release them with the denial reasons, but from the player's perspective it would be good to know that the work we may be doing right now on our pets is in line with whatever rule changes are in the works.

Although I don't have a date to give, I am thinking that it is a sooner in this case :) As Gemma said on the last page, she really wants to get the denials out there quickly. And since they have stopped denials until they get that coded, I think they are pushing for it. The good news is that they can accept with no problem!

I'd always wanted to try my hand at getting the pet spotlight, but was intimidated by the coding and graphics they tend to require. If the system is this congested, buggy, and unfair, I'm giving up.
