Coventina sat back onto her heels. She sighed, a little drained from the healing. She realized, halfway through, that she definitely should have practiced more frequently over the years. Her teachers would have been disappointed in her, to see her struggling to stay corporeal after such a procedure.

"What do you mean? Justice?" She felt somewhat confused - she knew, from the agony that she had found whorling in his mind, that something awful had occurred, but she hadn't been able to glean from the maelstrom what it was. "Who created you like this?" She passed a hand over her face, exhaling, and turned slightly to see Diana. She was tending to a flower - Covie smiled, and moved her hand in a little circle, throwing a miniature rainstorm over the plants.

Tim gurgled amiably. "Not problem! Will heal!" He was reticent to move from the water that he had drawn. "Unlocked door! Inside," he finished, deciding that if the people truly wanted to talk to him, then they could come in. It wasn't like there were any clothes that he needed to preserve his modesty - his people didn't wear clothes on his home planet, and he didn't have any sort of external genitalia, as he learned humans did after a particularly awkward encounter at the beach.

"Monster, gone?" he asked, assuming that with the cessation of yells, that the situation had been taken care of, or at least subdued.

The Wendigo's body slowly relaxed, its eyes focussing on the ground it front of it; the view was slightly distorted by the water still bubbled around its head. Even when it was simply sitting there it seemed calmer than before, more in control. Which was entirely true, now that its mind was free of the animal spirits and more under the control of its human 'pilot', so to speak.

Jacobi took a second to order his thoughts. "I lived in Russia some time ago, maybe over a hundred years - I don't know the date. I lived in Moscow and I was a physicist, working with new forms of energy. Electricity was new then, a novelty. I also used to have an interest in... I suppose you could call it the occult. I thought we could mate science with magic to produce something... more powerful. My fellow scientists thought I was something of a joke because of it, maybe even a madman. Marta, my wife, never laughed though, God bless her."

He paused, his expression becoming drawn as the memories flooded back and brought years of forgotten emotions with them. "Eventually my work bore fruit. An electrical power plant that married magic with engineering to become something more than the sum of it's parts. The Russian government saw my designs, my working models, and gave me permission to make a prototype in the wilderness. A place called Tunguska. So I and a dozen others worked out in the wilds for a year, building this new plant together. It took almost five years, all told. We became friends - good friends. Then the day came for us to activate it. We were all so excited, so happy. We were going to be making history, changing the world forever..."

Putting his head in his hands, Jacobi began to cry. "I remember putting my hand on the switch. They were all around me, smiling and counting down from ten... I pulled the switch down. Then there was a rumble, a groan, and a flash of white light. I remember... One minute I was standing with my hand on the switch, the next I was... floating. There was no body left, I was... everywhere and nowhere. I was floating above a crater - no, an area of flat land that seemed to be miles wide. As far as I could see, the trees had fallen. The forest was gone. I couldn't see my friends. Everything began to fade. But I didn't want to go. I had to stay. So I... pulled myself together. I reached out and grasped everything I could reach, pulling it towards me. I wasn't sure what I was doing but I had to do it. There were other souls around me who didn't want to fade and they flocked to my side. I held them to me. We were scared and we huddled together in our fear."

"Some time later, I woke up lying on the ground and I was like this. The souls were scared. I was scared. We ran together and I forgot who I was. Only years later did I remember. By that time I remembered I knew my family was dead. I don't know what happened to my friends. Their families probably never knew what happened to them - the government would have lied. They had no bodies to bury. I am probably the only person alive who knows what truly occurred that day at Tunguska. That is the justice I seek. To let the world know the truth."

Any chance I could still join in? If I am too late no worries xD Just didnt want to write out the bios if newcomers werent allowed, due to plot being too far in. But man I would totally love to do a big group rp, its been ages.

Diana gasped when the miniature rainstorm appeared over the flowers she was tending to before a smile grew on her face. She looked at Covie, the smile still there. "Thank you Covie. The flowers appreciate it," she said before standing up again. She kept her eyes on those two before moving her head to some movement she caught in the corner of her eye. She watched the new girl walk to room 2 where Tim disappeared into. She looked back over to the office since she didn't see Ashley leave. With one final glance at Covie and Jacobi, she flew over to the office, poking her head inside. "Ashley? Is everything okay in here? Do you need help love?" She floated in and landed on the floor, her eyes stopping on the girl gently.

OOC: Sorry it's so short. I realized that I completely forgot to reply to this thread when I was meaning to sooner. I mainly wanted to get something else out real quickly. I don't know if everything was correct. I might have been wrong with the interaction with Owlsarebirds. I apologize about that.

OOC; Guys, is Taters free to join? :) Glad to see that everyone has kept this going. I might try to slip back in soon, if we stays consistent. They opened a new section of our shopping centre and the amount of customers we get has tripled, it's awful. But yeah, someone ping Taters.
