The "khi" is for the Vietnamese word for "Qi" (spiritual energy).

The "khiwa" is also for the the Thai word "khwaam fan" (dream).

(Haha! 5 Asian cultures mixed into the word!)

And it also starts with a Y, since people want to fill in the letter gap.

Oh, if it doesn't strictly have to be within the "theme" of the pet at all then when I first saw the silhouette of the pet then I thought of Loranzi. idkw
