()"Oh, that is so awesome that your Nan runs her own apothecary," Aria sat down in a nearby chair and continued talking. "I love potato anything, so if you ever do make that soup be sure and send an owl with an invite to let me know!" Aria smiled really big.

Aria blushed, "Thanks Magnus, I am very glad to have a place to call home, and more importantly a family." Aria hesitated because she wanted to hug Magnus, but decided to hold it inside til later. Aria looked over at Magnus() with curiosity, "Do you think dad has only the very dangerous or hard to find plants locked up? that would be interesting to find out one day," Aria said and began thinking of all the different plants that he could have in a locked place.

"I'm glad you do too." He gave her a small hug, seeing that she wanted to hug him. "I dunno know. 'E said I was welcome to try to break in 'is greenhouse but not to complain when I accidently touched a portkey that took me a month's walk ta get 'ome. It could be something for unspeakables, or 'e could be joking... or maybe be 'e has a ten pin bowling lane in there 'e don't wanna share." He shrugged and said, "I gave up on the idea. But we 'ave another greenhouse which 'e's let me take over the plants so I'm sure you can grow some stuff too. Doubt 'e'd let us do mandrakes though."

Aderyn watched as the mandrake was passed around and she peered at it, though she held back from touching it. It still freaked her out a bit, even though she knew she would have to get over that hangup if she was going to be a healer, since they used mandrakes a lot in medicinal potions of all sorts. Making a face as the thing screamed silently, she reached out, carefully touching it to see what its texture was like.

As Aria listened to Magnus talk about the greenhouses she noticed Aderyn carefully touch one of the mandrakes with her eyes almost shut. Aria smiled and laughed on the inside. To Magnus she said, "I'm glad to know that dads simply taking precaution to protect you and that he's given you a different greenhouse to grow things in!"

"I love plants," Magnus said smiling, "I got a Flutterby bush seedling in me dormroom as well as a Moondew which, you know is used in both the Draught of Living Death as well as Wiggenweld Potion. Plus its got pretty flowers."

( ) Gaia was listening to the conversation when she noticed Aderyn's face and giggled "Here, try the seeds and the little sprout I have here. They have the same type of texture from the seed. Mandrakes are not the easiest of magical plants." Then turned her attention to Magnus and Aria "I think you two should come to my farm some time during break. I am sure Nan is growing some interesting plants and we can also go to the sacred forest to collect some wild ingredients for Potions class!"

Aria liked that Magnus had plants growing in his dorm room, she thought it was quite clever. As soon as she heard the invitation to () visit Gaia's farm she started dancing in her seat. "I would live to go see your farm and help get wild plants in the sacred forest!" Aria said in delight. She looked over at Magnus and hoped that he would want to go too. ()

After a few more minutes of conversation Aria realized that she was getting hungry. She walked over to her abused-looking leather bag and pulled out some of the candy that Stella had given to her and offered some to her classmates. After passing out candy to whomever wanted it she opened her chocolate frog and watched it hop once before catching and eating it. "That never gets easier," she said and giggled.

() "Oh yeah! We have plenty of room. Magnus () owl came from our farm. We have plenty of stuff to do there!" Gaia grinned taking one of the candies from Aria "my dad loves teaching people about proper creature care, flying and brooms, and of course owls. My nan is all about herbs, flowers, the sacred trees and the legends of our people, but she is also the most experienced Seer in my family. We are a bit of a weird and out there family!"

"Wouldn't mind seeing your forest and plants an' things." He didn't collect any sweets that Aria was passing around but was smiling nonetheless. It was nice to have a sister to share other things with, like the idea of a family holiday.

Aderyn was relieved when handed her a seed pouch and pointed to a little baby mandrake sprout nearby. They seemed far less threatening and creepy than the larger ones, and she was glad to have the chance to observe them.

Aria listened to Gaia talk about her family, "you family sounds wonderful. Families are supposed to be unique, right?" Aria giggled and winked at her. Aria remembered that she had stashed some jerked meat in her bag and also pulled that out and offered some to Magnus. "Would you like some of this jerked meat, it's quite delicious!" ( )

Magnus twitched a smiled and thanked her but declined. Everyone seemed to love to share food at Hogwarts. Instead he started drawing his mandrake and wished he could keep the large deadly plant.

Aria looked confused and worried that she had made a mistake in offering ()Magnus some of her jerked meat. Aria wanted to better understand her soon to be brother and leaned over towards him. "Did I do something wrong with the offering of the meat to you?" Aria whispered. She felt really confused and worried, "Maybe we can talk about it later if you want," she offered as a quick solution so he would not feel obligated in front of the classmates, should they overhear.

"No," he said shaking his head, "I appreciate the offer. Just don't always like 'aving to eat. Me body needs protein especially before me shifting... so sometimes eating is more o' a chore and not somefing I really want to do. Everyone 'ere seems ta always wanna give me food so I find it funny, which is why I smiled--cos I got unlimited acess to the kitchens."

Aria nodded and felt much happier for knowing the reasoning behind ()Magnus's reaction. "Thank you for explaining it to me," she smiled warmly and looked into his eyes for a long moment. She really liked having someone besides Dax who she could trust in her life.

"No worries, sis," he said, "now, if you get a 'old o' some drawin' supplies, you ain't gonna find me turning 'em down." His eyes twinkled with amusement. "What's your favourite food? Or you know what you like getting when you can?"

Aria's eyes widened in surprise, "You can't read minds can you?!" she said while peering at ()Magnus with mock suspicion. Aria reached into her side bag and pulled out her art pad and pencil. "How did you know I was just contemplating getting this out and drawing?" she questioned him with a smile. "I just didn't know if it would be rude to start drawing in the middle of club meeting or not." Aria shrugged and handed Magnus the notebook and pencil. "Maybe we can each take a turn drawing something and create a picture together?" Aria proposed, "it could be fun." Sitting back she watched Magnus to see what he thought of the idea.

((OOC: I was actually going to add in my last RP about pulling out my art pad, so it really is quite funny that you should mention it!))

"I always 'ave me supplies out. Can't get enough o' drawing." He was possitively glowing now. "When Fade came over, we did much the same thing. Was fantastic!" He drew the mandrake and handed it back to her watching to see what shed did. ((ooc: lol they both like drawing xD))

Aria giggled when she saw the drawing () Magnus handed her, "I love it!" she exclaimed with an excited smile. She loved drawing bunnies and since he drew a plant, what better thing to draw than a bunny about to eat said pant. Aria grinned while sketching her bunny on the paper. She uttered a small spell and turned her pencil into a yellow coloring pencil to finish the job. After deciding that her bunny was good enough she turned to Magnus and handed him back the paper.
