Aria watched Magnus ()pull out an owl treat from his pocket and assumed he was going to feed it to his owl. She was surprised to hear that he wanted to give it Dax. "Sure, you can give it to him," she said in dumbfounded amazement. Dax had already seen the treat and was sitting cutely on his haunches, looking innocent and cute. "Feel free to make him earn it if you prefer, he knows many different commands." Aria said trying to be helpful.
((OOC: Thank you so much. hugs I am feeling better today than I was yesterday, so that is a good thing))

I really really extremely want:Magnus laughed as Aderyn added them in. He then flipped the treat from his thumb, letting it arc towards Dax. "I ain't that bad, am I?" he asked him. "'E can work for it once 'e don't look like 'e's gonna bite me arm off." He laughed good heartedly.
Aria giggled and watched as Dax leapt up into the air and snatched the treat hungrily. "You'd think I never fed him," Aria commented while shaking her head. "You know I think Dax likes you," She said to Magnus ().

I really really extremely want:(OOC Note: I really think I need to make Harper absentminded or oblivious or something, because I am totally bad at keeping up with the RP!)
Harper noted down some of the locaitons on the map, then decided to get to work. Harper grabbed a pot and started planting her flower seeds. She came prepared with her own gloves and goggles--she always had to come prepared. Harper listened to the others' conversation, but kept quiet while she worked. She alternated from sticking out her tongue and biting her lip at various intervals while she scooped soil into her pot.
"Dunno about that, but we'll try to get used to each other." he smiled with a laugh, "though may've reached me limit today. Don't wanna push me luck"
Eloise beamed at Aria, "I spent a lot of timing gardening with my grandmother - my family really enjoy the outdoors, so I tried to keep up by at least learning about plants" "How are you enjoying the club so far?"
Aria smiled at Eloise () "I am really loving this and so excited for the future material that we will get to cover!" Aria looked over at Dax who had started to tap his beak together while sleeping. "Look," Aria whispered, "He is dreaming." she said with fondness.

I really really extremely want:CAPTAIN POST
Gaia propped a blackboard on top of the demonstration table and brought a box of small plants, seedlings, and seeds. " Welcome everyone! I know we are excited to begin, but I needed to talk to my fellow captains in order to know what we needed to grow immediately and what we could do later." Gaia moved closer to the students and stood in front of the demo tables. "First we need to go over some safety procedures. I know we have all learned them in herbology class, but it is my responsibility to remind you all that Greenhouse 4 and 5 are off limits without a professor present. I understand dangerous plants are fun to explore but keep in mind there are plants that eat people." Gaia grinned at the murmurs in the greenhouse "I am sure we will learn about them soon enough! For now the most important items are your safety goggles and protective gloves. Other things to consider would be clothes you don't mind getting dirty. We do have some gardening robes if any of you needed them and they are also very helpful with water plants, since they are water proofed. To those of you with long hair for the most part is safe to wear it down, but I would recommend to tie it up or wear a loose bun or braids this is so you are not caught by the hanging plants we will be growing." Gaia picked up the hand tools for gardening "These are in the center of your tables. If there is one you do not know how to us feel free to ask. We will begin planting in a few minutes."
"If there are any other safety questions I will be posting a safety sheet on our board that will be available to everyone including the plants we are growing, interesting facts, and others club news." ((This is located on the third post of the board)) Gaia grabbed the box with the plants and seeds "We will be growing some herbs, potions and edible ingredients, but I wanted to ask you all how would you feel about creating a compost area? I was thinking we can create a wooden box with rocks and some parchment and newspapers and begin creating a useful club compost. We can use the natural way with worms and everyone can just bring their biodegradable items and toss them. We can all take turns moving the soil and such. If this seems like a fun idea I can work a flow chart for us to keep track of the compost and club members will be free to use it for their plants and for the club. We can even help out the other greenhouses. Again is this seems like a fun idea for you let me know and I will begin preparations for it!" Gaia was now bouncing on her feet she was ready to grow things.
"In here we have Mint, Peppermint, mistletoe seedlings-small plants, lettuce, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, strawberries, roses, and dandelions. You may all choose what to work on, but keep in mind what section would the seeds and plants grow best. For the mistletoe we have some small but sturdy trees that will help the mistletoe attach and grow. Those will go on the hanging baskets in the back. Please make sure to use your wands to lower the baskets or in some cases you may fly up and bring it down." Gaia added with a wink. "For the herbs and edibles please refer to the greenhouse map; plant in a row on the mound and leave the little wells on the side for walking and better water distribution. Half of the mint, peppermint, and roses will go on the Potions ingredients side. Same way with rows and if anyone wants to mark each row we have some wooden markers up here for that purpose. As for the roses we have different colors and we need to plant them all; for those we are using the raised beds. For now all four can be used. We will use the back end of the medicinal area for our food items to help the soil be ready to grow stronger plants. Once we are into the process of growing we will work on the add-ons and magical part of growing plants!" Gaia had given so much information to the club she wasn't sure she said everything she needed too, but it was only the beginning.
"If there are any questions feel free to ask me! I will be working on setting some things up. I will be around!" Gaia grinned and clapped her hands. She was so ready to start. "OH! before I forget for now gardening gloves are perfectly fine and goggles are optional."

"I'm game for the compostin'. I can bring scraps whenever I come near the green'ouse. I don't 'ave a preference at all, so I'll plant what no one else wants ta." Magnus said to Gaia. "Whatcha gonna plant Aria?"
Harper had finished potting her flower seeds when Gaia started to speak. She focused her attention on , eager to learn about more than just flowers. At the mention of compost, she perked up.
"I'd personally love to do some compost! I've always wanted to try it, but my parents weren't big on it at home."
She pondered what she wanted to plant, then a question came to mind.
"Gaia, will we be tending the ones we plant overtime or will we be helping tend all of the plants? I just wanted to know if I should put my name on the wooden marker."
Ginny hadn't come prepared last class, but made up for it this time in full uniform, though she'd never put her hair up, never. Attracted most to the various herbs, she dropped to the earth, yellow galoshes digging into the loamy soil. She used a handheld shovel to dig shallow holes and then one at a time began to drop the seeds into their respective holes. She smoothed the earth back over top and raked the surface with a trowel and finally, watered them lovingly. It was meditative work, dig, drop, smooth, water and her thoughts began to drift.
"I think having a club compost is a great idea. Compost is has many benefits. It'll help our soil be healthy."
"Is everyone going to be planting the same plants or are we all going to be planting different plants during each meeting?" Beth asked .
"It is up to you if you want to add your name to the ones you plant. I know some will take pride in seeing the seed grow into adulthood, but for the most part it is a team effort." Gaia grinned at Harper () "You are welcome to decorate your pots for the flowers you grow. I can get some decorations or you can use magic! It is up to you."
() Turning to Beth Gaia added "we will be growing different plants throughout the term. We will discuss different plants and then you will have an opportunity to plant and grow them all. This session is specifically to start our garden and supply other clubs and learn basic gardening."
Eloise tied her hair back and put on her gloves. She set to working on planting peppermint in a pot - peppermint was her favourite, and she figured she would easy herself into planting something easy first, and then work her way to something more difficult, or at least smelly (the garlic). She figured she would get to enjoy the bloom of the peppermint leaves while she continued to work.
She looked around eagerly and wondered what everyone else was going to start planting first as well.
As mentioned greenhouse safety, Aderyn thought of her bunched up although still slightly unruly hair and she decided she needed to remedy the situation. Picking up a piece of twine, she laid it on her station and pointed her wand at it, murmuring an incantation and transfiguring the twine into a scarf. Tucking her hair up under it, she secured it all safely and then looked at the seeds. She loved flowering plants almost as much as medicinal ones and so she decided she wanted to start with the roses. Picking up a small bag of rose bulbs, she headed over to the prearranged section with her trowel and wand in hand, choosing a patch at which to work, humming softly to herself.

Could you add Elune to the member list, please? I love that map. Are we in the Demo area right now?)
She steps into the Greenhouse and halts when she hears Gaia giving a safety speech. Elune carefully tiptoes behind her friends along with some new faces and places her bag on the floor. Salmon-guise lands on her shoulder. His chest puffs as he glares at the other animals with an air of haughtiness. Elune gives him the stink eye and adds her name to the member log. She checks survival plants (edible) and potion/spell ingredients, then quietly attempts to catch up on what's going on.
🌸Seeking:((OOC: Everyone is scattered wherever they are planting. Depending on what you want to work on it is where you will be.))
Gaia noticed Elune signing in "Welcome! Feel free to join anywhere. There are seeds on the tables and roses to plant on the raised beds. I will go get your starter pack for the club!" Gaia smiled and walked quickly to the demo tables.
Gaia overhead some students talking about compost. "It seems some of you might be interested in the compost concept for the club. I will set it up and then we can begin working on it!" ( )
"Cool," Magnus said as he waited to see what plants or seeds where left to plant.
After Gaia finished giving the instructions, Sauvage headed over to the raised beds near the center of the room with a pouch full of rose seeds. She knelt down to look at the bed, making sure not to mix other colors with the yellow roses she'd grabbed - she couldn't help but linger with her face near the upturned soil. Nothing gave her more comfort than the smell of gardening dirt. As she reached for her gardening shovel, Sauvage suddenly heard a small screech and looked up just in time to see her owl, Hermes, come flying in. He gave a little hoot when he found Sauvage and quietly landed on her shoulder, nuzzling her cheek. He must've been getting lonely, seeing as how she hadn't had the time to visit him nor had she been receiving mail. "Well," she said to her feathered companion. "As long as you don't start eating the earthworms from the garden you should be able to stay." And she playfully nudged him with her head. "Oh, wait - sorry." Sauvage reeled around to look at the others in the greenhouse. "It is okay, isn't it?" (and really anyone else who's interested lol)
