Yep, the longest out of all the teams. Although Cleveland hasn't won since like 1948 or something, so it's been pretty long for them too.

It'll be a big win for either of the teams, honestly. But I'm rooting for Chicago 😊

I could not tell you the last time I went to the cinema... actually, no, I think it was when my other half insisted we went to see Deadpool. Which was worth it!

Don't really go much though, the prices over here are so expensive.

My daughter and I love to go to the movies. We usually go during the week for the matinee. It is half the price of a night time ticket.

I already have an HA planned myself, but I probably won't put it on until the event starts. And of course it may change some depending on whatever new items get released this year.

Very smart plan to see the cheaper priced showings. I don't drive and there are no near-by places, so even getting to a cinema is quite the challenge too. Travel sometimes takes longer than the film!

I've seen some things about Easter gifts even before too. My family used to do it a little years ago, but it was never anything much. Maybe a little bunny plush toy or something, or a cheap-ish necklace. Not really on the same level as Christmas presents.

And yeah, it's for Game 7 (the last one) that starts in about half an hour ~

There are gifts if you like Black Friday shopping LOL I usually try to avoid it and just get what I need on Cyber Monday, but it's always tough with clothing. I'll get to the mall with my mom probably around 10am and get some things I need, but the doorbuster deals at midnight-- or earlier!-- are crazy lol

I think our Easter gifts growing up was candy, chocolate, and maybe a plush toy or two. Shops don't need to push gifts for that one I hope. Valentine's Day is horrid enough... but local restaurants pull out all the stops with some amazing Valentine's weekend dinners... and my boyfriend and my anniversary is the week before so we always go get dinner. I'm not a fan of the candy/card/roses schtick though :P

I pretty much stay away from Black Friday, it's just not worth it to me. But I always thought of that more as early Christmas shopping than getting stuff for Thanksgiving and such.

We are lucky enough to have a cute little theater right downtown. If we had to walk, it would only take us about 20 minutes to walk there. I have been going there all my life and we really love it :D One of the screen rooms has puff the magic dragon painted on the wall and he glows a little in the dark. That has always been our favorite room. When I was a kid it was more of a Chinese dragon, but I think they thought it was too scary so they changed it to a more cartoon looking one lol.

In the UK, it was always just chocolate eggs - or other forms of chocolate. Now: why not send an iPad as an easter gift! Erm... no.

I do have issues with real life holidays and events. Shops and restaurants love to put up the prices for the exact same food and gift products as they had the week before... One time, I got my other half a picture of some ham in a heart shaped frame. He likes ham. (We may not take Valentine's very seriously...) xD

Super lucky there! It takes me one / three buses depending on the time of day to get to the nearest towns with cinemas.

Most of the restaurants around here aren't too bad with jacking up prices around holidays. They're just generally pricey! It's worth it every once in a while for a nice treat because the food is amazing, but we can rarely afford it between student loans and my grant-funded salary lol
