Agreed, bring back the pylots! And maybe some other stuff...

Didn't they bring back some of the old stone creature things from some old plot (I think the Steele plot) like I don't know if it was last year, but sometime. I remember battling them.

I would support that. I need the extra exp points to help get me to the next tier!

they brought back only the weak ones sometime like last year just randomly. made me think they were starting something fun and it never amounted to anything. yeah they were from the saheric plot.

I need anything at this point. wars are nice and all but I was hoping for a battle week over a war. I don't really like bosses as they're set up right now :X

It would be cool to have a battle week or something though, with some new opponents and some old ones brought back again for a short time. It'd be nice to see a range of opponents too, instead of only easy ones.

I hate when they only bring easy ones because their reasoning is "we're including everyone" and my reaction is something like "yeah except the actual battlers" I just hate it. I love when they have variety. some small ones, some medium ones, some difficult ones, and maybe one really tough one. we often don't get any very tough ones. they try to include the non battlers in battling, but they're the people who just don't care about it enough to train past tier 1. all they want is the loot.

Yeah that seems kind of dumb to me too. I mean even if you do include some tougher ones as well as the easy ones, you technically are still including everyone to some extent.

If people want to be able to get all of the loot without buying it from other users, they shouldn't mind having to put in some effort to actually have a battle pet. I used to get disappointed when my pet was only strong enough to beat the really lame challengers, but it made me want to actually train so that I'd be able to participate more in future events. They shouldn't have to punish the actual battlers because some users can't be bothered to work for stuff.

the disappointment is what motivated me to train more too. we all go through that, but training isn't something that happens over night.

I hope if we get a battle week, we get more scrolls like shrieks and smashers, maybe a new one with similar freeze rates but different icons. I'd love that.

Yeah it doesn't happen overnight, but with the downtime in between events, someone could probably have a decent pet ready to go by the time there's another battle-heavy thing.

I've pretty much doubled my pet's stats in the past 9 months since Faded Memories, and I don't even really use boosters and I only recently started doing BQs daily.

Born: February 6th, 2016 Adopted: February 6th, 2016

Level: 131
Strength: 327
Defense: 327
Speed: 324
HP: 315/327

only from the training center, no autotraining, and no battling done except a few gelatins, that's it. so yeah someone could get a decent starting pet if they started right now

BQs will really help out if you do them more frequently.

Before I started battling, my understanding of it was that if I wanted the nice loot, I'd have to work for it. I'm getting a lot closer to being able to get all the loot I want. Just a matter of time so we can get some of the tougher opponents back. I can pretty easily get 10 wins up through the very hard opponents. If I had better weapons I could probably take out more of the extremely hard opponents, but as it stands most of them are a little bit too tough for me! It's motivation though. I WANT to be able to beat them, and having more battle events gives me a reason to continue training so maybe I can get some of the loot I missed out on.

there's a lot of people that complain every time there's a challenger that's like t8+ sure I get they're upset because they can't beat it, but you know how fun battling would be if every challenger was t4? not fun. keep using the tough challengers as motivation. it gets fun when you really try to beat an opponent and you just can't do it, until you try again some other time and you can get a few wins on them. that feeling of growth and accomplishment is great

I just can't wait until I can beat the snot out of Saggi. It's a great motivator seeing how I'm inching closer to my goal. I've got two extremely hard tokens, so clearly I'm getting closer.

I need more very hard tokens though. I'm trying to make the intricate energized helmet. I'm only up to leg augments. Part of it is just being able to say I made one, but it also seems like it could be pretty useful for opponents that freeze me all the damn time.

Saggi isn't too bad really, he's a good one to use as motivation :)

helmet is a good freezer, that's what I use 99% of the time. don't worry if you don't get it right away. BQs are a great source of tokens.

Yeah, I started doing them again in the past month or so because I need the achievements, but the exp and such definitely makes it worth it. And I didn't realize you could get tokens from BQs, I guess I might try and save to make a helmet too then. Will probably take a while though...

Becoming a bit more interested in battling and training has also made me want to save more to get some better weapons and stuff. I'm not always very good at saving, but at least I have a list of some things that I can work towards now.

since the BQ revamp, tokens are MUCH more common from the battle quests.

Very true. I figure once I knock out Saggi easily, then it'll be on to the impossible guys which will be fun. I'm looking forward to being able to knock out all the CS opponents I've got. One of them is just a little too tough for me. And I'm slowly getting closer to being able to unlock the next level of Forj.

Since there are weapons/boosters/opponents in the CS, it should be in the site's best interest to get more users into battling. Having just easy opponents would be boring!

Well that's good to know then! I don't know how many I have right now, but I guess I'll start looking into what I need for the helmet.

Yeah, I've been buying all of the CS challengers since at least like last year + the 4 seasonal bird ones from whenever they were released. I only have one unlocked from the research notes set though, I'm hoping I can get the rest of those eventually.

Sophie, Flamagia, and pink kitty are the easier imp challengers I think.

I have a ton of tokens, hoping they add new prizes to the battle shop one day xD

Well I was able to get up to the Leg Augments just now as well. I only have 20 Very Hard tokens right now though, and none of the Extremely Hard. At least I know what I need now though.
