Yikes! They definitely were not that much when I bought them!! The "Frilly Black Lingerie Stockings" might make a good alternative depending on what you plan to put over them (these stockings are a little shorter than the Argo ones) but they are much less expensive.

Yeah I definitely want to do the HA contest! Sounds like the type of thing I would really like. The theme for this contest is really good and I think you could take it a few different ways so I am trying to figure out what kind of transformation I want to do. Will you be entering too?

Yeah the example for the HA contest was SO good! I also like the idea of doing 2 HA's, one before and one after. I might see what I can come up with for that.

I love HA's (probably my favorite part of the site). I also like the plots and celebrations/holidays. Other than that I usually just roam around the site aimlessly (not always super productive haha), I do some vending to stock my shop (to fuel my unhealthy obsession with HA wigs and accessories) and post on forums. :P

Thats awesome you are so close to the wardrobe achievement!! I honestly haven't looked into those too much. I unofficially am trying to get one of each color of pet achievement (other than the recolors like arid etc.). I should probably look into those more.

@ Bordeaux OMG yes. I actually have refrained from adding Vanity lines to my WL because they are so expensive and I KNOW I'll never get them. grumbles I just can't seem to keep sP on hand...I-its not that I'm bad at saving...its just that I like to spend it on wears...I need wears. ;P

SAME, I joined subeta for that reason. As I'm nearing my goal for wears, I'm slowly trying to introduce other aspects of the site--like pets-- into my interests so hopefully I won't get too bored! I like the holidays/activities too, but Masq might be my favorite with all those beautiful wears in the menagerie! just kill me now tho I've got SO many to collect its not even funny

I like to browse the pound a few times--usually there's not much there, but maaayyybbeee once every blue moon I'll find a rare gem. (for instance I actually found my angelic pet in the pound! i couldn't believe it)

I consciously remember telling myself that I need to buy CSC so I could buy the Vanity Prim line before they retired it. Then I forgot and now all the pieces are basically unbuyable... -_- I can imagine you are just itching to get a lot of that out of your wardrobe once you are done! I feel like I would have a hard time with that achievement because when I have too many items that I don't wear, I have to clear them out or I get annoyed that I can't easily find things.

Doing more with my pets is definitely an area I really want to get into but it's so overwhelming I don't know where to start. I don't know much about training or battling (I don't really like battling to be honest). But there's also pet collections, backstories/profiles and food achievements that would be really cool to look into as well.

CSC...that dreaded currency. I swear it off if it wasn't for all the pretty things you can buy with it lol stares longingly at my ever-growing CW WL And I hate that things like the Vanity items retire so quickly it seems like you can't get them when they're available. :( Honestly, going thru my wardrobe is going to be the most cathartic experience. Haha, I seriously am almost looking forward to it more than getting to 15k wears. almost... I do have a feeling, however, that I'm gonna get super frustrated halfway through though.

Pets are a good place to start tho!! For myself, I looked into the "free pet overlays" forum to get a feel for what I wanted in terms of future pets/stories and stuff. It helped get me started on that track, but thats just my personal experience. Battling...now battling is one area where I want to get better but majorly lack the motivation. Another cult member and I have lamented that its not rewarding enough to keep going, so take from that what you will. I find it entertaining enough, but maybe not for everyone lol Food achievements are fun! I can vouch for those!! <3

Seriously, I spend entirely too much money on pixelated things because of CSC... And I know what you mean about the Vanity lines, I agree. I always look forward to the Black Friday sale in hopes they bring them back and I can get them at a discount. For the wardrobe clearing, I feel like the new V3 wardrobe makes it so much easier to remove clothing items. You can go layer by layer and remove multiple items instead of just going one item at a time for the whole wardrobe.

For battling, I agree, sometimes they have some beautiful wearables that you can get from winning fights but I don't feel like there is a ton of incentive there and the training and weapons can get pricey. I'll have to start perusing the pet forums and see if I can get some inspiration. In the mean time maybe I'll start some food-related achievements!

Black Friday sale is the main source of my frustration and equal enjoyment during that time. ;P I love buying all the pretty things and attempt to build up a collection of csc before november rolls around because of how insane the price becomes after that. D: And yes a thousand times to the new wardrobe being waaaayyy better to remove items. thank you subeta gods

Gourmand is a good achievement thats surprisingly "easy" to acquire. (I say "easy" because it still takes ages to feed one pet to get to the "gourmand" status). And a lot of the foods related to achievements are usually inexpensive, so I think its a great place to start!
