Ah, sorry for the seriously delayed reply. I've had a surprise sinus/head cold keep me out all last weekend. I'm just now starting to feel better so hopefully I'm on the upswing. fingers crossed

I question my sanity occasionally about doing this wardrobe achievement. At the time 15k wears sounded super plausible, but now that I'm 1k away I'm not really sure if I was ever sane to begin with lol Layering is so much fun; but I'm kind of in the same boat as you...which of these "junk" items do I need to keep to make things?! haha good luck to you, friend ;)

I'm actually really into watercolors! I've been "teaching" myself for about a year now but haven't had much time set aside to do it. I often get frustrated because my work doesn't look like the paintings I normally use for inspiration xD so I have to remind myself that they had years of practice whereas I have had only one. lol If I can, I'll try to upload a recent painting of mine -- when I get a chance to find one I like haha.

And as for the competition, it seems that we lost... D: Unfortunately I couldn't participate as much as I wanted due to my illness, but still sad to see. BUT PRETTY WEARS OMG also yay for millionaire center having them all so inexpensively priced! c:

but it's also a great opportunity for me to screw up bc hello this is me we're talking about lol saaame. for me it might actually be the sheer amount of events though, cause like i'll eventually lose motivation to participate in them to the degree that i want to and then just leave cause i guess not participating is better than half-assed participating in my mind?? idk tchaikovsky is amazing. and dw, i suck at piano too. i played it for marching season this year and like... um no i do not have the finger coordination to be good at this. i have hand coordination, like i can play marimba decently and i did colorguard for 3 years, but like.. my fingers themselves just physically will not do the piano thing. it's the tarius hair under the base and , which i think is hilarious not only bc of the expression but also cause never in my life did i think i'd find a use for that.

@ tori well in that case u will learn from ur mistakes! yeah i can see where you're coming from. i just think the snowball thing was a bit disappointing, not even because of the glitch exploiting or w/e but more bc there were no individual prizes. i am looking forward to survival though __ piano is so difficult! i had classes and just stopped learning after a certain point (which was very soon) and then at home i'd look up synthesia videos of certain pieces and copy them but is2g i have all the grace of an elephant when playing ohhhh i thought i recognised it but it's so well done i wasn't sure! it's hard to tell where one wig ends and the other begins.

Okayyyyy, got off early and uploaded some paintings. Let me preface this by saying that I'm still very very new to this so don't expect anything spectacular. I'm much better with flowers/basic scenery -- which is the majority of what I've uploaded--but I've got a painting of my cat (page 2, Gemini) which was my first painting I'm super proud of that one even though when I look back on it I see so many flaws ughhhh. They're not chronologically listed either. What I've got uploaded is really all I have. Theres a few others but I've given them as gifts and forgot to take photos so... oops. lol anyway... let me get that link before I chicken out

lol no i have to make the same mistake like eight times, just like... to make absolutely certain that that will in fact not work yeah i was kinda bummed about that, figured since they were keeping individual scores that there should be! but yesss survival is great ^-^ it's one of the events i'm usually here for (unlike lumi which i have missed 2.5 of the 4 years i've been here) and it's always great. it also tends to have more actual "story" to it than a lot of events imo. yeah no same? i went to this classical arts academy for a couple years in elementary and piano was a required class. it sucked so bad cause third grade me lacked every bit of the coordination that i still do not have. and also elephants are v graceful what are you talking about ahhh thank you! c: it's probably my favorite hair layering that i've found so far, i really like the shape of it. idk i'm just really into layering so i get super excited about these things.
