Hi! Not really any specific goals. I've been all over the Advertising board trying to perfect my wardrobe. AKA spending way too much on stuff I'll probably never use. But I like the options. Lol what about you?

I just finished my punkin collection and now I'm working on Trading Cards mainly. I hoard wearbles, plushies, and beanbags though. Kinda hoard stickers and just started a gallery of color changing potions. :P

oh yeah I hoard those too. Lol I'm enjoying the events and such so far here!! Theres always something to do and I love it!

I keep everything in my hoarder gallery so it's horribly cluttered and confusing (and unable to be ordered by price :c). I'll get through it at some point though. XD Sounds like a great prize! :D Maybe I have some spare SubQ or something stashed away, hmm...

Yup, streetpass does work, or at least it did sometime last year when I wandered around with it (in Australia). c: I've tried everything I can think of short of changing my router settings or plugging the 2ds into the router, which I may try at some point if I can find the right cable. I truly don't understand why the wifi doesn't work. D: Thanks for trying to help! <3

Area restrictions are awful no matter what they're for! We had a lot of problems with DVDs when we moved around. I think we had to get a new DVD player and restrict ourselves to buying UK DVDs. XD Nintendo is super rigid though. :c It's no fun missing out on sales or anything else useful (some steam sales aren't as good here as in the US. Wat.).

Ooh, that would be neat! The only problem is, I'd have a hard time choosing who to dress up as - there's so many awesome characters out there. I think it'd be really fun to have some challenges, like a no black/no white, maybe no neutrals but that'd be really hard, or using solid blue hair, only using 2 things per layer, stuff like that. I think they'd be harder, but that's kind of the point, aha. The green one this week is pretty cool!

Ahh, yeah, I understand. I'm more of a lurker too, but I've come out of hiding a bit more often lately! And that's adorable. ^_^ I was pretty late to the whole Pokemon thing since my parents weren't big on electronics when I was little, so the first one I ever played was HeartGold in like fifth grade. cx I remember watching the TV show when I was like four though!

The space achievements are pretty cool! I love that they're coming out with some more inventive ones without necessarily creating new items or having some kind of holiday. It's also really interesting to hear what inspired some HAs, like I would've never guessed that. And thank you! c: This is one of my favorite ones that I've made in a while, but it took forever to match the colors, especially with the hair - the salon sans hex codes is such a pain. xc

True, true. Ah well, it's bound to get up to speed again soon - events always roll around again, and maybe we can coordinate our own summer events! c: It'd be kinda fun to try, I think! But speaking of events, I'm so ready for Masq! I've never actually been here for most of it, always had some random thing come up, but I should be able to participate in it this year. ^_^

Batman is hilarious, and the wings on that bird are incredible! He's probably the best flyer out of the group, it's pretty entertaining. And their names are all over the place, aha. cx Also, what group do I ping for that when I post it - the main group or the one for contests and stuff? I looked at their descriptions and I can't tell since the contest one says it's for stuff outside of the cult and the main one just doesn't say much. cx

Ahh, I see. I'm too lazy for that tbh. Everything just goes in my vault and half of it never comes out. cx Plus the majority of mine is old holiday items, half of which are usually extra wears that inflate like crazy, so I'm thinking some of those would be interesting prizes!

Those are fun! I definitely like to shop for pretty things to add to my wardrobe too - I'm working on the achievement actually, only about 1k more things to go. ^_^ It's kind of funny because I've heard so many people talking about how they don't like having huge wardrobes cause they can't find anything, but I actually really like it - there's so many things that I end up using in my outfits nowadays that I never thought I'd ever find any use for! I usually spend a bunch of time making outfits and then do quests and stuff to buy all the things I don't have for them. Aside from that, I like to restock things and chat and occasionally work on my pets (only 4 of them are actually done though)!

That's awesome! I'm still getting the hang of everything here. I was on on Neopets for 12 years, so it's definitely a different world here. I'm used to galleries and such over there, so I don't really know how the pets things work. I've been zapping mine to make them pretty but... haha other than that, I just stick to my wardrobe. I'm obsessed with the Subeautique, which is breaking the bank, but that's okay. Lol

Ahh, yeah, I was the same way - I played Neo for six years before I found this place, and I didn't really play much my first year here because I wasn't entirely sure how it worked and hadn't discovered how fun the wardrobe was. cx Once I sat down and started messing with it the next summer, I pretty much left Neo for good. I think I've been on there twice in the past year? Something like that. The pet stuff is a bit different, mostly in that you can have characters that Neo would ice you for here. cx The coding isn't too difficult, I just found a premade profile and edited basically everything about it for mine, and then I just make/edit different images for each pet. (Seaglass, Parent, Daylily, and Graveyard are the ones that are done if you wanna see what I mean; Contradiction has a profile too, I just haven't written anything for him yet.) The Subeautique may be a little bit more expensive, but some of the stuff is definitely worth it! I love it too. What're some of your favorite items from there?

I just finally quit this year. I mean my account still exists but I have no intention of playing for quite a while. Hopefully jumpstart gets their shit together cause right now they are facing a class action lawsuit.

yeah I still go on Neo from time to time. Just to make sure I don't get frozen. It's nostalgic for me. I can't seem to get rid of it. It's a mess over there. I just go on for the free stuff.

Let's see... Subeautique favorites... I don't know if I have any! I just love getting in there and seeing what she's selling at the time. I love the Rainyday Ethereal that was just retired. I also love the makeup but won't waste my invites on just buying the makeup that's always there lol

Yeah, that's how mine is too. I log on occasionally just to see what's going on there, but I can't seem to find any interest in it anymore and so it gets forgotten for months at a time. What'd they do to get hit with a lawsuit? o:

It's definitely a nostalgia trip, aha. It was so fun a few years ago, I don't understand what happened to it. Ahh, yeah, that's true! It's always fun to see what you can find. ^_^ The Ethereal set is cool, though I have to admit I think it's super hard to actually use. Everything has awkward shapes that don't layer well imo, but it certainly does look pretty! I don't tend to buy the makeup either, unless I need it for an outfit. Usually if I can't find eyes/lips that look right out of the things I own, I turn on the all items thing and find stuff through that, so sometimes they'll end up being what I go with. I think some of the SubQ tights are probably my favorites just because tights are ridiculously versatile for layering, like and and are all super wonderful and I use them a bunch!

yeah I could see that. Tbh I just like the dress and one of the wigs mostly. I go back and forth between the one I'm wearing and another one that I really like. I'm just getting the hang of layering in the wardrobe, so we'll see how it goes! I'm liking the HA contest that they have here! I'll get a lot of practice that way. Lol

Well between premium members getting their cards charged over and over without consent (happened to me) and others having their accounts hacked (there was a MASSIVE HACK about 6 months ago and everything was being thrown on the money tree from literally thousands of peoples accounts) people are just done. I hate to see it happening but I can't really blame them. Plenty of users invest actual money into wearables and such and to have all that tossed away by a hacker and then Neo absolutely ignoring this, no apology, nothing was complete crap. It recently happened again to a few more hundred people. Some people even got frozen for taking the things off the money tree when they knew nothing of what was happening yet. It's just bullpucky.

Ah that's really cool! I'm pretty much the same and honestly about half of my wardrobe is filled with items I really wanted to use. I've been a zombie since 2009, but have always continued to love clothing (which meant I bought all sorts of pretty things despite knowing I wouldn't be able to properly work with them). Now that zombie strains are just skins.. I'm still relearning how to dress my HAs without blocking everything, lol! In fact this current HA of mine was one I made while I was a zombie. And I'm proud to say that with or without a human base this HA looks pretty much the same.

Holy crap I never knew things got so bad. I know they've always been bad at fixing problems but with a massive hack attack like that.. how could they just blow it off..

That's ultimately why I walked away. me and hundreds of others. The boards are so slow now it's crazy too. Makes me sad. Neopets has been slaughtered by Jump Start. It's worse than when Nickelodeon owned it.

Ahh, yeah, some pieces are definitely better than others. ^_^ I like the dress too, I just suck at layering longer dresses. Layering is the foundation of about 85% of my outfits tbh, aha. I just kinda learned by picking a piece and then going through a bunch of stuff with either the same color or whatever color I wanted to use for contrast and throwing on everything I even vaguely liked, then weeding it down to what actually looked good. The HA contests are really great! It's always interesting to see what the week's theme is. I really like this week's, concentrating on colors is something I'm always for more of (especially colors like green that I don't really use much)!

Wait, seriously? That's completely insane, how are they even still running? I especially don't understand their policy of freezing people who weren't involved - I know they used to do that some with pet trading and stuff (like if you caught a scammed pet in the pound), but that's getting to a degree that I can't even remotely wrap my mind around. Alright, guess I'm not going to go back on there for a while...

Thank you! It took a while, mostly because I have no idea how people even use the salon without hex codes, but it's one of my favorites that I've made in a long time. ^_^ That's incredible! I was only ever a zombie for like the span of one Survival and I was a Baker's Kiss one at that, so... coverups were not my strong suit. cx I like my outfits too much to go through all that, aha. But I love seeing what other people can do with those skins, there's some really neat effects you can get with them! I'm pretty cutesy myself so they don't work too well when I mess with them, but some people can seriously rock those kinda looks. But even though I've never really messed with outfits while zombified, I can definitely say that I also like to wear too many clothes. cx I seem to think that I need like 4 things on every layer and there's just simply no way for that to look good, aha (excluding the legs, in which case I need like 5 or 6 sometimes). I really like those! Out of those, I only actually own the Tea hair, and my problem with that hair is that it looks good with too many things so I never want to use it because I'm always like 'y'know I bet there's something more original that would look good with this'. cx Some of mine are , , , and !

Yeah definitely be careful if you do go back. I'm sad. I've loved Neopets for so long, I kinda feel a little lost without it. Subeta is excellent, don't get me wrong. It's still not Neopets. :(

Yeah! I think that HA I submitted was the first time I used green as a base color. It's fun though! I won't be around for next week's contest, but I'll definitely be back when I'm done traveling!
