- Totally missed your response o.o. Sorry! Peek-A-Boo was Subeta's version of a hipster music festival thingy (I really can't think of another way to describe it). It only happened once, in Peka Park. Basically, people could "join bands" (come up with a theme/band name, write a description, choose music genre, and dress up HAs accordingly). There was a "battle of the bands" where people got to vote for their favorites (no actual music involved, but still really fun).

Off to the store, but will check back later!

I discovered that cutie through Major Drills as well and honestly it's one of my favorite things on the site. How cute is the whole concept and little goat friend? I'm probably a weirdo but I like to go visit him once a day even if I'm not on a Drill's quest 😆

Oh! Did you and your friends form a band?

I love fantasy wwww And fiction, thillers, etc. I pretty much read everything as long as I like the writing. Some of my recent favorites are Gone Girl (just finished acually www), Scorpio Races, Night Circus, "Reeling for the Empire" a short story from Vampires in the Lemon Grove, and uh.... the Art of Fielding.

I cannot believe Carl gave me this! It was on my wishlist! I know he sometimes gives good items, but this one made me happy. :3

Ooh, okay! Well, Welcome to Night Vale is really good, the novel is written by the same people who write the podcast, if you listen to that. It's very surreal and strange. If you're open to kids literature (what I know most about) I could recommend some great stuff... My Name is Not Friday is excellent and going to be released soon, I got to read a proof and was floored by how good it was. I think it's a good recommendation if you liked To Kill a Mockingbird or any historical southern gothic fiction. The Green Bicycle is also very well-written and gives a lot of good insight to a different perspective; it's about a young Saudi girl living in Riyadh, and (I think) it's about feminism, overcoming adversity, and standing up for what's right. Plus, it's actually written by Haifaa al-Mansour, who happens to be the first female Saudi Arabian film director, so the narrative is even more powerful coming from someone who lived through it.

I could go on for a while with recommendations. xD;

I sometimes received pretty good items from Carl, that's why i like making them, but this one was a real surprise! =D
