Y'all! I had the weirdest day at work! /gush begin We were SWAMPED all morning (I work in a kids bookstore) and then at 3:00, there was a HUUUUGE fire just a few roads away. A place where we house livestock (and their droppings...) and store lumber went up so fast. Like, PEOPLE IN OTHER STATES COULD SEE THE SMOKE. So they redirected the power away from that area, and the grid couldn't handle it... the traffic lights started malfunctioning, there were a bunch of wrecks, and a mile stretch of the busiest part of town lost power. ...including my workplace. XD To make a LONG afternoon short: I had to work in the dark for two hours, using 'knuckle busters' to help customers and using flashlights to find books. It was so bizarre. But fun, in a way!

I'm on Team BFFs!! It definitely was NOT an easy choice, I even slept on it, but I think it's the right one. :D Love the participation item, love EpiCon, love video games, and plus: I play M&M with Manwar so frequently, I'd feel like I was betraying him if I chose another team. XD (Plus Nico is asexual and I am too, SOLIDARITY <3)

It was! The biggest problem was customers needing to use our elevator or escalators. We had an elderly woman in a wheelchair present when the power stopped. :(

Numbers are in... 20 cattle perished, and it took 120 firefighters to put out the blaze, plus it destroyed a bunch of vehicles and businesses nearby. phew

Oh no. That isn't good. I hope there is a quick recovery from this.

I was going to have one as well but... I just spent 8mil on items from my Wl so I need to take time to recoup. But I know there are a few others that want to. So if we wanted to we could do a HUGE contest with everyone. Everyone dontates and picks games or whatever.

That is a very strange day but I would be so excited lol. I used to love when that kinda things would happen at work. But then again I am weird. I am glad you are home <3 O no poor animals! D: I am glad no person was hurt. Team Nature though... Just sayin. <3

I'm sorry I didn't respond and was mostly gone yesterday. I had the worst day yet in terms of pain since I quit ibuprofen, everything else felt like it was going wrong, and I couldn't deal with talking. I am much, much better today (I woke up without migraine pain, which feels like a miracle right now). I almost feel...normal o.o. Also, I joined Team Nature because I really, really wanted the item and love that they are a couple ^.^.

- Thank you about my HA! I think I might have some snowmen, or maybe an arctic fox or two that I can add to it.

- I never thought about it, but I guess I do mostly cosplay during Halloween o.o. I've been Poison Ivy before. I watched "Tangled" again the other night, so I was trying to rework an old Rapunzel cosplay HA I did before. It's not ready yet, though!

I know some of you mentioned a Valentine's giveaway here and there, as far as I understood wants to host the thread? So I'm wondering if everyone (well not every single person, only if you want to) should donate items to her giveaway? It's still only a month after Lumi and I imagine not everyone had the chance to recover sp OR KEEPS SPENDING IT LIKE ME cough so it'd probably be nicer if we all gathered a few more items so it's not all on her. Like I have a few items in my vault but not nearly enough to do a giveaway but if other family members can donate a few items it'd be more fun I think c: (did that just make sense?) , just let us know maybe a few days before your giveaway and we'll send you items?
