Scrolls: I envision a scroll library as a kind of terminal in which all your scrolls are listed (and removable from this page, like the armory) and from this page you can assign each pet whatever scrolls you want from your selection. So they would still almost function as being equipped like they are now, but you can have one scroll equipped to any number of pets without owning 10, 15, 20, whatever copies of it. Instead of choosing a set as you enter a battle, you would just go to your terminal to change which scrolls you have equipped to a certain pet if you need to adjust them. Still less clicking than un- and re-equipping each scroll, and less clunky than choosing which set you want every time you enter a battle. And for the love of the gods, make them rearrangeable like the weapon set in the armory, don't limit how any pets can use a single copy of a scroll, and don't set limits on multiple scrolls. Every pet can be assigned my one TF scroll, and if I want to equip 50 Cobalts and have the AP to do it then so be it. I hope this made sense.

Default Sets: I also would love one per tier (but not tied to the tier, 12 sets that you can fill with anything you want), but I could live with 5 or 6.

Speiro since you wanted to bring it back to forums for some reason

plain and simple terms

my suggestion was
you get 2
if you have GA you get 2
you can buy 2 with csc
you can buy 6 with sp
max slots 12 to your account

now do you get it you can have muti-sources for weapons slots i used pet slot as an example to how it would work.....................

That is rather convoluted and I don't think the libraries need to be that confusing. It's already going to be a bit much having the standard + GA + SP. Trying to keep track of even more slots would just not be worth it. Pet slots are not a good example of this system - it is very confusing even for me and I've been here for all the changes! I don't think CSC needs to be part of this at all, battlers already spend a huge chunk of csc on the monthly challengers and the site doesn't really need any more csc sinks right now.

Are you going to need a GA active in order to purchase more slots? Will they work like pet slots now, you won't be able to change the slots around if you don't have an active GA, akin to abandoning a pet.

I would like to have two/three weapon sets one for my main, and one for my other little battlers.

I would love to be able to have certain scrolls sets for various impossible challengers. The bulk of my scrolls are in my gallery.

Or one set for various tiers your pets are at.

This is basically how i see the scroll library, aka VERY similar to the armory. This is a very POVERTY mockup but this is what im willing to put time into.

Basically you choose the scroll, then it fades out (so you cant just put in infinite amounts of X scroll) AP, name should be listed. (i winged it so idk if its accurate, but thats beside the point) Load/Save buttons. Give total AP count somehow. My sizing of buttons is off and layout can be made prettier of course.

Basically, the only option when you bring up a scroll from your inventory would be &;Add to Library&;. Then there would be a library page like the armory page, and you would drag and drop scrolls onto each pet. That way you&;d be able to attach the same scroll to multiple pets at the same time, and you&;d be able to move around and swap out scrolls much more easily. Otherwise it would work pretty much the same way it does now.

And maybe you could save pre-configured scroll sets and you&;d have the option to "apply" the sets to your pet, AP allowing. But honestly this isn&;t something I really feel like I <del>need</del>.

If the scroll library looks like this, then I'd already be very happy. I don't usually switch out scrolls depending on the opponent, mostly due to how much of a hassle it is to move scrolls around, especially when you're OCD about the order of the scrolls. So I'd already be happy if I could equip the same scroll to multiple pets.

As for weapon sets, I'd like to have at least one for my main pet, two for my tier 6-8 pets and one for tier 3 and below. More is always nice =D

Additional : it would be nice when you have multiples of one or more scrolls equipped that it just shows one with a number in the corner of the picture (or else) that indicates how many of that scroll you have left. Potions stack now and scrolls is another thing that ends up taking more than one row. It'd also be cleaner

I think for the weapon sets something like having Tier based configurations. Like maybe one set for pets T1-4, then another option for T5-6 then one for T7, then another for T8, then another for T9-10 & then another one for T11-13 or something like that. Maybe not one save option for each tier but enough that users could have an easier time making sets for lower tier pets.

Yep this be great and I'd be happy too. The less clicking would be great. Yea don't limit us to how many of the same scrolls we can add like freezers or blockers

Cranberry said - I'm kinda liking 2-3 for everyone, 5-7 for GA, and extras (up to a max of 12) purchasable with either SP or a small amount of CSC. Thoughts?

Yep, sounds fair, I'm happy with as many default sets as you can provide us. Remove the CSC option as I too agree with someone saying there to many things that cost CSC

Thank you [Kiss=smilesnz] [Dance=smilesnz] [Flower=smilesnz]

That may be very conveniant for people with an exorbitant number of APs and quite honestly I, too, am happier after having used OPB scrolls to reduce to 1 row, yet personally I have a better overview, if I constantly see all my Psycho Smashers side by side to know how many there are left, than checking the stack number for every move. It depends, how a person's perception works. Like for general I go by the pics of the items rather than by reading (their name).

Basically like others have said I envision a scroll library like the armory, where you build your default set. Important: Item hover with scroll stats, being able to order default set like the weapon set.

If we now will have multipe sets for both armory and library (which I consider a true luxury), probably on the actual "Challenge an Opponent" page instead of the "Choose Weapons" button make 2 drop down menues with choose weapons/scrolls and listing all the sets respectively?

Another wish I've felt repeatedly - while you're at it tinkering with that page set up - concerns the pet choice. I often feel it would be so nice, if we could determine, which pets we want to see on the "choose weapons"-page. Now we need to keep pets we don't want listed unfed/unhappy/HP-less, the like. And then, if for some reason we want to use one of those "neglected" ones we need to hand feed them or put them into the resort and wait, only to afterwards again have them sitting "in the way" till the food has worn off. Hm, come to think of it, that might rather be a feature for the "Your Pets" general page - "show in BC"?

I would be so happy if scrolls stacked. I have spare AP and the only reason I haven't equipped more scrolls is because they'll spill onto a second line.

Basics of a scroll library: being able to assign a default scrolls set to each pet from our pool of scrolls with 'armoury' flexibility.

I'd like at least 5 default weapon sets, personally, with the ability to expand upon that with extra slots. If a system is finally being implemented, it should work well for everyone: those with 30 pets in training, or whatever, should be satisfied with the system (realistically, you're probably never going to never need more than ~15 sets at quick access; a few variations for your big battler and then down through the tiers).

While that would be ideal I'm afraid that's not how it'll work/that we will get that many options. I see that either we will get a smaller choice of sets or we have the current system with each pet equipped with their own set.

I basically have a fixed set equipped to each of my pets, (taking refuge to minor healing scrolls for the small ones) that only get changed for absolute necessity because of the ordeal involved now, which for general purpose and below tier battling will do.
