We started experimenting with pulling data automatically early this month (while I was on spring break and had time to look into this.) We're currently pulling data at a moderately slow rate (10-20 seconds between items), so as to be respectful of the hit rate on Subeta's servers. As a result, it takes some time to update all of the items. We would, of course, welcome the opportunity to work more closely with you on this project, but understand that it can't be a priority for you.

[edit] For some reason all of the potions that change a pet's color are appearing as weapons o_O (they have stats boxes but they definitely cannot be used in battle)

There have been so many changes to the battle system over the years. The color potion as weapon dates back to a time when they were planning on making color and species a lot more important to battle with weapons aimed at specific species and colors. Then in battle, theoretically you could change your opponents color with a potion and they could no longer use their weapons effectively. This may have been back when they were looking at player to player battle. I'm not entirely sure. Either way, color potions remained weapons for a long, long time. They are actually still listed as Tier 0, though the Equip options no longer appears.
