Price updating has started over again. Did you tweak it like you wanted? If so I will announce the update, if not I will hold off. How soon do you think we can get the forum updated? The smappers are really annoying!

Go ahead and announce the update. All of the items have been updated once (except CWs), so the user shop data should be relatively fresh. What's going to happen as a result of the tweak:

The next three cycles will run like before (each one takes about 10 days, so we won't see any changes until mid-April.) Any item that is unbuyable in user shops in all three cycles (Ametsuchi, The Ether, 5000 Credit Gift Card, etc.) gets skipped from that point on -- making the cycles run a little faster. Periodically (say, once every six months), we can do a full update again just in case something changes.

Forum spam: Ugh -- what a terrible time; we're still catching up on Cash Shop items, and Vesnali's probably going to start Monday/Tuesday-ish when they rotate the stock from Winter to Spring. I guess we should plan to tackle it this weekend?

If masquerade doesn't start tomorrow then this weekend is probably best even though it sucks to have to do it over the weekend. :/ If it does start then we should wait until it is over and I will just have to be diligent in cleaning up.

I think that is a great way to go about the price updates. Even with the 100 million limit some of those never get priced.

Wow, you all have been busy! I want to make sure I'm understanding what I think I need to understand. Please, correct me if I'm wrong!

• We no longer need to look for item corrections (item names, item descriptions, etc.).
• Reading Drive checklists are gone
• "Add to Wishlist" links work again.

Am I right so far? Is there anything else major that I missed?

Also, is any of this still left to be done?

• Updating rarity 170 items
• Updating costume trunks

It is running fine for me. Are you still having problems?

You asked about the trunks and other stuff...I think and may have finished them.. But the R170 items have not been done. And there are a bunch of name update/corrections that we were pinged about this week that I don't think have been done.

It has been kind of crazy with SBL being down so long and issues resolving the ip address afterwards. Speaking of, have you been able to get back in yet?

- I have times when SL is fine and other times that it's really laggy. I'll look into those item updates that Ariel pinged us about once I'm done questing, which is soon!

I'm looking stuff up and have found things to try, but have to be careful not to mess up other stuff. Working on backups and restore settings to make sure that I can undo any changes I make.

An earlier change made me unable to access anything on the net. I managed to fix that, but being more cautious now.

At first I had thought the problem was with my ISP, but its not because I can access subetaLodge from the laptop. Just can't do it from this computer, so I'm down to thinking it may be a registry or winsock problem and that's where things start getting complicated. And where "fixes" may screw up other things.

Man, messing with registry or winsock can really screw things up :x

Can you do a system restore back to before we disappeared?
