: Do you use a PIN on Subeta? Something that might prevent you from being logged in as you try to run the mass-add script?

I got it added, but it's because Subeta gave it the wrong rarity. It's given r185 on site but should be 175. I'll contact Ariel :)

[edit] I put it in as r175 on SL so we don't have any issues with it disappearing again. Hopefully they fix it on site before our chron auto updates the info again =/

The rarity of the item on Subeta is 185 which doesn't exist, this is why it didn't work I'll let Amber know.

Is there anything useful we can do to help sort out this mess?

I just updated my wardrobe right after purchasing all the new steamworks items. So my checklist is pretty up-to-date. I don't want to manually search through it, but I will if it comes down to that.

So far every item that others have mentioned has been missing from wardrobe too.

Right now I'm avoiding the wardrobe. said the error isn't happening anymore, but I want really confirmation from someone who says its safe to go into our wardrobes.

I'm using my checklists to verify what I'm missing. Upside: I know my counts on there vs on here so that is helping me to narrow down how many items total I'm missing. Downside: It's going to be exhausting to figure out what items aren't yet reported by others.

I cannot believe we are supposed to fill out that form for every freaking item we are missing! We are supposed to figure it out ourselves and tell them? I am sitting here in tears.

I don't blame you. I made the report for the 40 I know are missing (cross-checked from Idiot's spreadsheet thank god), but I'm still short 43 more items and now I have to go through all of the non-cw items page by page from SL to the organizer page.

I'm just....so incredibly frustrated and upset.

And it's going to have to go be a tomorrow project because I've already spent upwards of 6 hours working on this shit.

And of course the site is not working well enough for me to update my wardrobe checklist so I can create a comparison list...figures.
