Either people are becoming awful or I'm becoming that horrible curmudgeon who yells at the kids to get off his lawn. I don't know which anymore. LOL or maybe I just can't do a proper google search!

In an effort to be helpful I updated the 4 incense items from my phone lol. Lemme tell you, that is not easy and I'd have given up if it was more than 4.

It's okay haha, it just is not as easy with my phone as I'd hoped. I didn't realize they weren't always wearables either lol.

Hey, folks -- new items are showing up in the Item Directory, so I'm guessing it won't be much longer before Survival opens up. I've got a class from 4-5pm Subeta time, but I can help add new items once class is over.

Survival is all entered and up-to-date (I hope!)

Just noticed we're missing several kisses on the survival overlay pages. I have no idea how to find those images though.

I am thinking of something we could offer our users. And obviously, I have no idea how hard it might be.

So many people do contest during event. This one is kiss me X number of times and then you can slot on this or you can earn points or whatever. Sometimes these are run by multiple people. I have seen one this time that has 6 different users that have to be kissed 10 times each. Crazy.

Anyway, I was thinking how helpful a counter would be. Just something we could click to keep track of how many times we have kissed or danced with or whatever. If we could expand it for multiple people that would be wonderful. If we could add names to label each of the counters that would be great!

Edit to add: something standalone that doesn't have to be in a tab and is always on top so we don't forget about it

But would like it a little more complex too - sometimes they also give points for buying shop items and/or directly giving them currencies. So I'd like to be able to add stuff to keep a running "points" total.

However, even just being able to track kisses/dances/etc alone would be very helpful.

- I make my own Google spreadsheet to keep track of who I need to kiss for what items. I keep it open all the time. I can also keep track of currencies I have sent if people are accepting those.

I appreciate that but my thoughts were to do something simple. to me, that is not a simple thing.

Hey there -- just saw this. (SOMEHOW I had 571 events when I logged in today and so post notifications were buried in a bunch of other stuff.)

There's an existing counter app for Chrome that you can embed into other web pages, and we could definitely do something similar to this.

My question, though, is: why would people install something new instead of just using the Notepad in the sidebar?

for me, I want the click and done functionality. When I'm kissing, biting, questing, etc, I'm already clicking all over the place, I have a bunch of tabs open, counters going - its pretty chaotic. Very easy to lose track.

Currently when I'm counting kisses, I open up windows notepad and keep it open and small in a corner of my screen. But I can't just click on it - I have to click to activate it, then type in a 1 or change the number there to something else. Or even sometimes, I use an actual pen and paper on my desk. Using the dashboard widget is even worse, because I need to scroll up to find it, possibly click between events/dashboard, lose my place, click the update notepad button, make my change (and my notepad is pretty full of stuff already), then save the change - a lot of work to add a "tick".

If I can have something simple, free floating on my desktop, so I don't have to change tabs, its way easier. The counter you linked to is great, but I don't want it in another tab - I want it free floating. It would also be helpful if it had a label - so I can have more than one running at a time and can have it say "kiss Georgie" "kiss Osterizer" etc.

so...I opened your linked counter in a separate window, made it as small as I could and used that to tally points for a contest I'm working on.

It worked pretty well. The main problems I had were the fact that its in a full browser window limits how small I can make it and I have to grab it in the exact right spot to be able to move it around my screen. But its a good start.

I mean, obviously it is not something you absolutely must do! It was just an idea. One I would really enjoy but still, an idea :0

Does anyone know of a way to still sort by which items were in previous plot shops? I've discovered we never moved the Reading Drive Shop items into the Antique Shop listing (and fixed currencies to say sP instead of RD Points) and there's like...10 pages of items to check.

I did do anything that was in the "does not restock" section that is now in the Antique shop from RD, but it's...a lot to go through 10 pages and fix the currency and shop listing without an easier way to sort what hadn't been moved over already (since some stuff has).

I did the first page of items that show up as "Game Prize: obtained from Reading Drive" in item notes but I'm super sick and worn out :(

I don't know. The shop is still there...somewhere, but I don't know that side of the site.

I can't do any tonight, I need to go eat soon. But I'll do what I can tomorrow.
