Kathy just pointed me to a topic that I didn't know existed. My first thought was "consistency issues in item names" That's really a thing? But it is. I'll be changing the edits as the evening wears on but you'll need to change the shop names.

I can't believe they changed them, to me it seemed charming. Oh well.

Here's the thing. If we change the spelling of the shops it will overwrite the name of the shop for choosing when we edit things. HOWEVER it will not change the items that are already assigned to the original spell. So all the stuff assigned to those two shops would all need to be edited to the new spelling of the same shop.

I'll go by whatever everyone else thinks is the best way to go but my personal vote is to leave them as is.

I have no idea, to me it seemed fine the way it was. All I know is any spelling changes in item names listed as done have been double checked and edited accordingly.

As long as the shop link goes to the right place I don't see a need to change it. Anywhere someone might refer to the shop, its a drop down anyway, so how we spell it doesnt have to be the same as Subeta. Its not like an item name where someone will run a search and not be able to find it.

Thanks for the input. I guess no one else is going to weigh in so we will leave it as is for the present anyway.

Hey everyone. HOW ARE YOU? Man, I miss being here with you guys all the time! So, I was talking to Ariel and she was saying how she still has about 1100 toy/plushie name changes to make. I was whinging about the changes in security making it difficult for us. ANYWAY she offered to ping us when she makes changes so whoever is on can get them done. Much better than having all of subeta telling us we are stupid because we have a name wrong.

That's great! its so hard keeping track of changes because even when they get posted, I'm never quite sure where to look.

I"m slowly improving. I finally got my new glasses last week and I'm mostly adjusted to them. My wrist is getting better. I can mouse okay. but keyboard is driving me nuts. My bracer keeps hitting the wrong keys and not only do I get lots of typos, but I also get weird stuff cause I hit quick key combos by accident. For my next physio appt, next wk, the schedule calls for doing more stuff without my bracer. So I;m hoping to be able to start typing for real.
