is that any page (except the front page with the latest news) can be flipped back by putting the word "/admin/" at the end of the URL. I haven't made this public, but if someone is really freaking out or has legitimate accessibility issues, feel free to share this workaround.

I thought about that -- and mirroring the pages is one of those things that works in some browsers and not others.

But there's this effect we can try next year. (I'm evil!)

In case you missed the trick I mentioned above: put "/admin/" (both slashes are needed) after the URL of any page, and you'll get that page right-side-up again. The regular admin pages are already right-side-up.

Someone already submitted to the complaint thing on tumblr throwing a screaming fit. Other people are coming to our defense. Then someone else submitted that it is giving them a headache and they think it is rude that we are MAKING FUN OF SUBETA with our whole "mobile layout" announcement

I'll gladly cop to being the fucking moron who thought it was a great idea. But no one's asked for a work-around; they've just whined about it.
