I think it's about a new ip from Bioware. I saw that on tumblr

Might be the new ip, might be Dragon Age 4. The symbols are reminiscent of Solas (Tower/Wolf) and the font inside the booklet is the same one used for the Inquisition game. Could be nothing, could be a teaser :)
