: we had a good time watching the football men, but my team didn't show up this time. There is still a lot I don't know about football and I havn't determined if it is a game they play or if the humans who play the game are some kind of warrior, because armed conflict erupts from time to time and sometimes a game ensues.

The best part of the game is the adverts. I spotted My Little Pony Friendship is Magic during one advert for the NFL.

We had fried chicken, nachos, salsa, guacamole, cranberry shandys, salad, humas, chips, onion dip, beer, chili, sausages, soda, and later this evening we will be extinguishing all flames in the house so that the house isn't blown off it's foundation by explosions caused by gas leaks...( buh dum puh!)

-km Thanks all! I'm sure it will be wonderfull =D I mean, I've never seen a desert before, so I'll be taking pictures with me and several cacti. Can't really miss those since they're all over the place xD

Yes, I've thought of visiting California, but I don't think I have enough time to go there. Of the two weeks I'm there I'm stuck with the course for 5 days, so I basically only have 1.5 week to drive around, and since everything takes 4 hours to get to it's going to be hard to visit everything there is to see. But I don't have to be sad about missing California, in November there is a congress which I'm most likely to attend, and it's held in San Francisco. So I'll be back half a year from now :P

Yah Katy Perry was awesome :D The commercials weren't too bad but not what I was expecting for a 4.5 million dollar slot, a bit disappointing actually. The last few minutes of the game however were fantastic :D That interception was simply amazing and then the fight ..... I was LOLing so hard!! Not every day you get to see a football game turn into a hockey match in a split second like that :D ROTFLMAO It was great!

: Driving around can be time consuming, so I get your point. When that time comes, let us all know, and we can direct you to the best places in San Francisco to stay, eat, play and if you get a chance, escape to. Visiting Yosemite in November can be a lot of fun, fewer humans. San Francisco is amazing.

I am intelligent enough to realize that we won on what was the defensive equivalent of a hail Mary thus there should be NO dispute evah regarding our victory! TY that game was a shoot out great, amazing plays on each side nearing the end of it standing at the tv seeing that interception, sweetest redemption. Lol I typed the first part of this to it seemed all had been lost and then, pure epic!! 0__0

Hahaha I was so busy celebrating that I didn't see the brawl at the end of the game how could I have missed that

and yes I will miss the corner booth to but no matter where we are as long as we're together we are home right

-km OMG what a game!!! I was so nervous after that insane catch, I walked out of the room for a few seconds to breathe.... and that's when hubby, son and friend screamed INTERCEPTION at the same time! I was like HUH??? They DIDN'T RUN the ball???? And then when they got the penalty, I yelled THANK YOU! to the TV LOL. I was shocked by the brawl! I was like 'wait, I thought this was football, not hockey!' Sad that emotions ran so high like that :( They're having the celebration parade on Wednesday. I gotta work. Booo! :( Oh well. At least I got to experience the Bruin's Stanley Cup parade a few years ago! That was amazing! Sorry Kelli that your Seahawks didn't win. Okay, maybe not THAT sorry! giggles Still friends? :D

And can I just say how frustrated I am with the forums lately?? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!! There, I said it.

I am in AZ so if you need help in finding something, somewhere, or someone just YELL! I am close to Phoenix just not in the city proper. In a close city though 😊

Whew found everyone! Finally had a day with some time in it and the rooms were all...empty!!!

Ya'll the game was so fun! Both teams were full of awesomeness. Too bad for the bad sportsmanship at the end but still fun!

I wanted to see my 49ers guys out there too but alas, they didn't make it. Maybe next year? I am aborn and raised SoCal girl so they will always be my team. It was fun to have the superbowl here...lots of concerts, celebs, and fun stuff to do. Next year they will be up closer to you in Santa Clara at the new stadium! Maybe my boys will set a record and be in their own home for SB 50??? ;)

I put together a huge reply - ranting about how disappointed I am at the seahawks poor sportsmanship when every person who showed up for that game made $49,000 dollars just for showing up, a quip about the MLP blip in the rally commercial, that there are around 2k different cacti in the desert, that if you've got the ball at the 1 yard line, why would you make a pass play - seriously, WHO does that!?

I had made several other clever comments about things, then I pinged because this is what I saw responding to her request
