Subeta time minus an hour. But I don't usually eat dinner until 8-9pm my time.

That seems so late, but I live with an older person so we eat early. :P Around 4-5 is our usual time.

Yeah, I have an odd schedule. I don't usually go to bed until sometime between 2-4 am, so eating earlier would just mean that I'd spend half the night starving.

I can understand that. When I worked graveyard I slept what others would consider odd hours and ate strange as well.

Sad thing is that I don't have the excuse of an unusual work schedule, its just when I get sleepy. I've tried to change it, to be more in line with the normal world, but its never worked well.

That's okay. No reason to change it, unless you want to change it. The world is far from normal. :P

Fried chicken and sides? I've got a knack for making cloned KFC slaw, I'll pick up on my way thru!

And now I'll have to make some just because I'm thinking about it. Ive still got a 50 lb bag of what we call # 2 reds to put up as hash browns but they're in the cellar where they'll keep, so maybe I can find time to make a batch of coleslaw tomorrow. Yum!

:P no kidding. I've never wanted to change it to feel normal, but it would be a convenience thing. Most work places have, what for me, is early morning hours. Shop hours, restaurants, and the like are all based on the average schedule.

I once tried an evening work schedule which, for my sleep/wake pattern, was ideal, but I got so out of touch with friends it was ridiculous. And even though we live under the same roof, I almost never saw my boyfriend.

Yeah. I'm not sure yet what the sides will be yet. :P I use to make coleslaw at DQ that was similar to KFCs.

Yeah, in that you are right. But it sounds like you have it made now. I wish I could not work. One day I will hit the lotto. :D Got to actually buy a ticket or three and play it first I would guess. :P

Silly silly man.. its Fried Chicken, smashed tatoes and gravy, steamed corn on the cob and coleslaw - there's no other way xD! *Please don't say something like collard greens.. those make me shudder just remembering having to eat them when I was a kid. Ew!

KFC copycat coleslaw To get the cabbage/carrot really tiny can be time consuming but that's because I dont have a processor, I dice, dice dice away until its tiny. That clone recipe's never failed me, my family straight loves it. As with most cold salads, its best if left to sit 24 hours.

Mashed potato yes. Probably not the corn on the cob because I don't want to go shopping. :D I could do whole kernel corn though. I think we have that. :) I might try that coleslaw recipe another day. Sounds quick and easy. :)

Yep, I was gone. Fell asleep in the chair. Woke up and went to bed. :D Now I am up and it's time to get ready for work...

IDK how you can fall asleep in your chair. Must be cause you are young. Not that I haven't gotten droopy almost closed eyes a few times but to actually sleep? Not going to happen. I am going to miss having someone to chat with in here today cause I know will be busy elsewhere. maybe will be around some though. ONCE She GETS UP :D:D At least you won't be hogging all the tickets today... I never got more than those two yesterday. :(
